I just love this place! It’s sunny & bright, the staff are all friendly. I go to Jessica she’s really knowledgeable! And pain free! So far I’ve had nothing but great results!

Received 100 units of cosmetic Botox from Jessica Towns, PA paid $1235. on October 25, 2024. The Botox was for headaches and neck pain. I showed Jessica my MRIs however she didn’t want to review them, but I insisted. I have herniated disks in my neck and Botox is an aggressive approach however it can atrophy the neck muscles as opposed to strengthening the muscles. Two weeks later no results of pain relief so I returned to the spa a bit angry ( as it has worked in the past) with Jessica the spa owner. She comped me with 25 units of Jeuveau in the left temple area. I felt sick afterwards with brain fog. Since then this brain fog persists. I have now researched Botox to discover brain fog is a side effect of BOTOX. It is now January, 4 months have past, and I am still experiencing brain fog. What bothers me is all the mixing of BOTOX is done behind your back. So you have to trust the provider. JEUVEAU doesn’t need refrigeration and she pulled it from a drawer adjacent to me. At this point in time I hope this brain fog is not permanent. Why doesn’t a FL licensed PA verbally disclose to clients that BOTOX has serious side effects such as brain fog? I then asked for a simple one sentence letter stating Jessica was treating me with Botox for severe headaches. She did not respond. I sent a second request 10 days later. Now her staff stated she was busy traveling and she’ll address when she has time. A letter as such takes less than 2 minutes. Jessica’s APRN IN Naples sent the letter. It’s all about money. Pretentiousness fake sweetness when there is money involved. I would advise anyone who elects to receive BOTOX or its equivalent to research the detrimental consequences or medical repercussions in advance. No medicine and most licensed medical providers will not tell you the adverse reactions upfront instead they have you sign a plethora of forms at the last minute that would take one hours to process so most people just initial the forms because the staff minimizes what the forms say to move on to the appointment. My point is beware of Botox and its equivalent.

Jessica is fabulous! Professional, knowledgeable, and skillful. All this, plus the most sincere bed side manner. Today, April 11th Each time I visit Meridian Medical Spa, I am amazed at Jessica's talent. I look and feel refreshed. June 21st My visit today was with Alejandro. I arrived looking tired and left looking rested and revived. His artful interventions were/are fabulous! October 30th Jessica continues to perform with excellence, confidence, and kindness. It is truly a pleasure to receive treatments even before results are evident. January 29th My visit today was rejuvenating body and soul. I so appreciate Jessica’s expertise.

Staff is so inviting and friendly. I’ve had treatments with almost all the staff there and they are all excellent. I’m just finished a treatment with Alanna and she is amazing at what she does. I’ve had at least four different types of treatments from her And I have never been disappointed. Meridian Medical Spa is top notch!

Everyone was very friendly and made me feel comfortable as a first time client. Jessica was my injector and she was very knowledgeable. She listened well to what I was looking for and was honest with her recommendations. I never felt she was trying to upsell me. She was also very gentle while injecting. I 100% recommend Meridian Med Spa!!! This place is amazing! I had a VI Peel and was so impressed by the staff that I made an appointment for fillers. This is my first time getting a Peel or fillers. They made me feel very comfortable and explained everything they were going to be doing.
