Used to frequent this place, but stopped doing so once Luz knocked my diamond earring out my ear & down the drain because she was being too rough. Last time I went I waited 3 hours just to start my wash. When they don’t want to deal with a customer they’ll go in the back and act like they’re taking a break so 1 of the other ladies will take them. They don’t clean, I went on a Tuesday afternoon & there was a dead cockroach in the corner by the plant, I left because they were busy. Came back on Wednesday & the cockroach was still there!!!!

i used to frequent this salon but trust that i will no longer. without a shadow of doubt, i know for a fact that a relaxer was snuck into my hair. parts of my roots are straight, and my hair is coming out in clumps and very easily. i was in denial up until my most recent visit. but now, i am confident. SHAME on you jenny, maria, and the rest of staff for doing something this despicable to your paying customers.

Been coming here for years best blow dry flat iron that lasts a long time you’re in and out quickly they’re all friendly and caring. Great prices. Definitely recommend.

I’ve been here a few times over the years however my most recent trip was normal until I discovered they damaged my hair… it has been over 2 months and my curl pattern is still destroyed. My wash & set lasted longer than normal which I now know something was done to my hair as my texture is not the same. Do not recommend for natural kinky hair.

Not a bad hair salon, been going there for awhile as I live in the neighborhood. But the new lady has to go, where do I begin. She has a bad attitude, knows nothing about hair. Use very little products. Don’t detangle hair, and attempt to comb hair out. Shows NO care in what she is doing. Stick with the owner, Jenny or the other lady who has been there.

Early morning hours are great, not too people in the salon, and did a hair coloring process that came out great. A bit pricey, bit worth it for sure.

I have been coming here to Jenni for over a decade. Always 100% excellent service and She is just a terrific person. All the Stylist and owner are amazing. And I live clear across town, in Bed-stuy!

Had my sister in there for 7 hours and left bleach in parts of hair and went to do someone else hair. Multiple times! The hair is patchy and have random spots of gray when it's supposed to be blond. So disappointed.

This is the worse salon. These lady's knows nothing of customer service. My hair was not done well. These women do not respect our time nor our money.
