I give Mercy Braiding 5 stars. Braids were neat and the right size and length for me. I would recommend again and again, and a special shout out to Auntie the braider as well. She did a great job!!!

I came here for a last minute appointment & I was very pleased, she was very responsive & allowed me to come early in the morning b/c I work at night, I arrived at 9am and I was finished before 12:30. I will definitely be returning everyone was super sweet and professional.

I loved my experience everyone was so nice and accommodating. The environment and energy is amazing. Mercy is great she kept asking me if I was okay. My knotless braids are beautiful, they were very fast at the process as well. I would definitely return and also refer others.

I really enjoyed my experience from start to finish. Everyone who was there was friendly which made the environment comfortable for me to be in. I wanted Goddess braids and that’s exactly what I got they looked absolutely amazing! You can really tell the braiders really care about their craft and how you’re doing throughout the whole process. In addition the hair was provided and the service was fast so I will definitely be back!

Our first appointment she kept us waiting for 2 hours on a scheduled appointment. She apologized and blamed it on the other client. This time we Called 3 times and sent her everything she asked within minutes so she could do my daughter's hair. Pics style etc. She led us on for almost 2 weeks and finally said she was too busy with people from all over the country. Save yourself time... go somewhere else.
