Today I had my first and will not be my last experience with Meraki. Brooklyn was fabulous!!!!!!! I'm in the process of growing my gray hair out, and have wavy/curly hair. Brooklyn listen gave advice and did an exceptional job.

I have never had a bad experience! I’ve been at Meraki since they opened and I love the environment and everyone there is super friendly! I have seen Morgan S and recently started seeing Ellyott and I’m always excited to go in! Highly recommend to everyone!

For expensive as it is, I had high hopes. For someone with thick, short hair looking to grow it out quickly, I was hoping for more of a consultation utilizing their hair expertise along with the pictures shown to collaborate on what would work best to accomplish my goal. That did not happen and instead of something young and edgy I left disappointed with an older style haircut significantly shorter than I had wanted. They offered to adjust but I lost trust and don’t want it any shorter. I now have to wait another 6+ months to grow it out to where it was and will be searching for another hairdresser who can handle short/edgy haircuts. The staff was very nice and friendly, but personally I felt like I was in a sales pitch the whole time with the pushing of hair products. It is nice that you offer those but I don’t like feeling pressured into buying.

Amazing Salon, Amazing Staff,this was my first visit. Couldn't help notice very happy clients, while I waited for my appointment.(Went a little early) Decided on a last minute trim on my bangs, Brittany took me in, I also left a very happy client.

I went to this salon for only the 2nd time. I seen Grace All I did was show her a pic of something like I wanted. For the 2nd time she did it amazing. This salon is clean and the employees are so sweet and kind. My hair dresser is so enthusiastic and actually holds conversations with me and made me feel like the best and only customer. She was there just for me and I will continue to go back

Both daughters seemed pleased. This time it was the youngest turn to go, and sje looked the same as far as I could tell, but I'm 70 bucks poorer. But I have to judge based on the person getting the haircut, so...based on her feedback...They must be awesome.

I hate to give this review, but I feel like it’s much needed. I’ve been to this salon three times now and the last time was yesterday. Let me start off by saying I love Brittany. I think she’s amazing and she does really good color and love our conversations. Their prices are too high first off. I did a partial balayage and a trim and it cost $180 with a discount I had. They messed up my discount and applied too much off and called me after my visit wanting me to come back to fix it. I wish I would not have because it was a mess and I ended up leaving with four different receipts and still not sure what my total was? Additionally, it is really awkward when you go to check out. You can tell the hairdressers are forced to ask if you want to buy any of their products and it just makes for an awkward situation. Please stop doing that. If someone wants products they will buy them. They have done this each time I’ve been there. Lastly, I feel like my appointment was really rushed yesterday towards the end with styling. I didn’t realize when I was in there, but when I went to leave, the back of my hair is still wet and my hair was a frizz ball an hour later. For almost $200 that should not happen.

Brittany is the best stylist/colorist I've ever had ever. She always does a 10/10 job every single time. I💗her and hope she stays there forever so I can be blessed by her amazing skills! Everyone there is super friendly though that I've met and the prices are reasonable compared to a few certain downtown GR places I've gone. Don't waste your time trying other places. This is the best salon in greater gr hand downs

I am disappointed in my overall experience. I don’t want to call anyone out, but the overall feel of my entire experience with this business is they didn’t appreciate me or value me as a customer. My stylist talked a lot about how she wishes she could just be at home and not work. She was not very passionate about her work and it showed by the outcomes of my hair. Was my hair fine? Sure. But it wasn’t a slam dunk out of this world great like I have experienced at other salons. It felt like she chose the easiest path with no creativity. I didn’t feel seen/heard and it was more of a business transaction than a relationship building experience. I plan to go to another salon in the area and have already experienced a much more personalized experience with booking my appointment.
