I really didn't want to write a bad review because out of most nail salons they've always done the best with my nails. My most recent visit has ended me up with a very bad infection in my finger. Your facility really needs to take the cleanliness to the next level. You need to sterilize your instruments in-between clients. I was seated literally right after someone and no one wiped anything or opened new tools for the dremel. Shame on me for not speaking up, but shame on the business for not doing right by the health guidelines.

Brava!! Lin did a fabulous job on my pedi today. She worked around my crooked toes and bunions and kept smiling. Great job!! I love Meraki!

Came at 5:30 and was turned away immediately said they wanted to close early and only appointments can stay til 7pm closing time although many people were free to do my nails

Went to get a fill in and the lady that did my nails was nice. After I paid I asked a male employee to give me a break down of the charges and he proceeded to show me a bunch of stuff that didn’t make sense and because it wasn’t properly listed on their menu I advised him to update the menu prices and he got upset and started causing a scene. I told him he didn’t have to cause a scene and proceeded to walk out of the business. He then follows me outside and as I’m getting in my car he is yelling at me asking if I want my receipt, which absolutely harassing. Seems like they want to bully people out of their money. If nothing was wrong he wouldn’t have blew up like that and I hope this review encourages people to spend your money where people respect you. Never going back. Terrible behavior. I was not price matching, AS THEY SAID THEY HAVE HAD THE SAME PRICES FOR YEARS. Menu needs an update! Don’t spend y’all money here! Wasn’t about the money at the end of the day it’s about respect and this establishment completely disrespected me.

My manacurist, Amy, was fantastic. My nails look so nice! So do my eyebrows! She is so thorough too! Highly recommend this place! The place is beautiful.. and super clean. Pay no attention to the negative review. Prices are reasonable.

I was looking for a new go to nail salon. I know there are 2 Meraki’s. This is a review of the location at Marina Village on 34th St S. I wanted a simple manicure to start as a test. When I arrived the technician tried to upsell and I said no. She said a regular manicure will not last long. She was right. I should have walked out then. It was the fastest and sloppiest manicure I have ever paid for. My at home mani would put this one to shame. Technician was about to put top coat on left hand when I told her she had not yet done the second coat of color. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Literally a 10 min manicure (she was on phone for part of it making her Christmas travel plans ) and 10 minutes under dryer. I was concerned as to whether the instruments were sanitized and she said they were. I prefer a salon where I see the instruments taken out of the sterilized bag in front of my own eyes. I’ll be looking elsewhere for a salon to better fit my needs and criteria. Update after owner response: The review had nothing to do with pricing or harassment. I think the owner was responding to another customer. I never asked for or received a receipt. I actually thought the pricing was OK. It has to do with quality of the manicure received, the cleanliness of the instruments and the lightning speed of the service. All three were not up to the standards I am looking for in a nail salon.

SO amazing! I wish I had taken a before and after… pure magic! I’ve been cleaning my house from the hurricane and my feet were ROUGH! So much better now. They take their time, are incredibly nice and really make your experience special .They take walk-ins!!!! I do recommend calling ahead though.

$50 later for a pedicure and unsatisfied service that was provided i was recommended her just to not be pleasant with my own experience.. they don’t have to worry about my funds coming here anymore! And told me that they couldn’t provide me the style i wanted due to my last nail tech using a light pink powder that they supposedly didn’t have!

I went in with not much of an idea for my Halloween nails. I told Kimmy I wanted vines and the color green incorporated for my Poison Ivy costume and she just went to work! Her artistic creativity and professional knowledge is why I’m her new regular but, the vibe and friendly staff in this salon are definitely a plus! Now I feel very cutesy, very demuuuuure

Just had the most painful Mani of my life! Plus I now have gel polish on my skin! Most horrible service I have ever had! Drimmel speed was way too high and burned my skin under my nails. Plus she Drimmeled my skin!!

The establishment is very clean. The customer service was good. However, do not be fooled by the pics. I tried this shop out because I saw the designs online. When I went in the first thing the technician told me was she didn't do designs. Huh?! First nail shop i have ever been to that doesnt do designs.They do not have a huge variety of color choices. The first 3 I picked that they had on display they didn't even have. If you want something very simple then this is a good shop to go to but if you want some excitement on your hands and feet this is NOT the place you want to go.

Such a disappointment. My favorite nail tech Thao left this salon. No matter how often I went, the manager was never kind, just rather rude. This is a big loss for this salon as Thao was the most talented nail artist I have seen in my life. Thankfully, I found Thao's new salon still local in St. Petersburg. I will not be returning.

one of the managers helped my mom with her broken toenails and he was absolutely amazing! our two nail techs were equally amazing! very attentive to our needs, considerate and overall super friendly! the salon is extremely clean and inviting!

I was in position 11 with a horrible pedicure, the guy who helped me had no idea what he was doing. I went yesterday and now my nails are peeled. They take no responsibility for anything. I don't understand how they can be peeled if they put gel on me because according to them it was the only way they had to do French. I don't recommend them!!

We went to get feet and hands done, and we were confused on which color to do, so each time we picked a color it wa slight, yet we told them too recommend any darker colors, and they kept telling us lighter ones, and they were starting to be rude, we requested nicely too test them out as wee wer whir sure how they would look, and the lady was very rude and told us that this was the last time, and we did not appreciate it, and we can here them huffing and puffing about it.

Clean place, friendly but not intrusive nail techs. The prices and services list are not accurate, but I don't think they're overpriced and they do a pretty good job with the basics.

On the plus side, it's the 1st nail shop that ever took me on time for an appt. With most places, you wonder why you even have an appt. On the minus side, they didn't do a very good job on my heels.

At first we had a very pleasant experience but after spending over $150 & over 2 hours after we got done with our pedicures, my mom sat down to get her nails done soon as she sat down one of the employees told her that they close at five and if she wanted to reschedule for tomorrow, but we had already been there for two hours and these were the services that we booked for then they told her her nails would take longer than expected at this time it was 4:20 understanding that they did close at 5:00 we did try to compromise with the nails and try to get something easier and quicker But they didn’t want to compromise at all after being pairing customers I feel like it was very unprofessional for them to not want to do our nails because they felt like we wouldn’t be done before 5 also there about 15 other customers in there

they did my nails nice , i went too station 18 i believe, she had a good vibe and did my nails exactly like the photo . :)
