I have done a massage and floating here, it's a beautiful space, the employees are friendly and helpful. The massage with Rebecca was the best one I've ever had. She also explained a lot about the process. Thank you for bringing floating to the Berkshires!

Mend is such a great addition to Great Barrington. The area has its share of very upscale retreats so it's wonderful to have a local place that puts the emphasis on care and service in a beautifully simple environment. Rebecca was my recent massage therapist and the experience was a perfect massage.

If there was a 6-star option it would be reflected in my rating. Mend Spa is an absolutely beautiful oasis with a calm and zen container that immediately takes you to healing and center. And Ned is a true healer and gifted professional. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!!!

Took my family of four for massages. They all LOVED their whole experience. From the minute you walk in until you leave, you are made to feel welcomed and taken care of. A wonderful couple of hours.

I absolutely loved this spa! It was an experience like no other. I’m visiting from NY and we having nothing compared , in fact I’ve never experienced anything compared to my spa day today. The atmosphere is welcoming and calm. Once you walk in you are greeted with such hospitality. The decor is what truly created such a euphoric moment. It felt like you were in another time zone , in a completely different country almost , organically curated for Zen! I was in complete awe ! The calm room I spent my pre massage time in was soooo peaceful the aroma you are hit with oozes with tranquility. Now that’s only the surrounding aspect , the MASSAGE was everything!!! It was the perfect 60 minutes of a massage I have ever booked with Kevin! It was way beyond ordinary! I will be surely coming back from NY just to experience this place. Their products are clean and all natural I purchased a few items on my way and I did forget to ask the names of the lovely ladies who checked me out and recommended superb options for eats !! Bravo to them , phenomenal job! Thank you again !!

Mend is a phenomenal experience. As you walk in the door, you are greeted by a beautiful retail shop and friendly front desk. You are then guided by your masseuse to the back area where the massages take place & you get to choose an aromatic blended oil for your personalized massage. In the meditative waiting room you are offered several types of teas. Everything is well curated and thought out. Decor spot on, and the minute you walk in the back you feel like a weight has been lifted off your shoulders. My massage was one of the best massages I have ever had. My masseuse, the owner, Ericka is so intuitive and healing that every part of my body felt lifted and released. I cannot recommend more. You will in essence, truly, walk out “mended”.

I just had a massage with Kayla. Wow. She’s a magician. Hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I told her I have issues with my shoulders to the point where my fingers are tingling and she basically gave me a holistic physical therapy session that stretched and worked areas of my upper body that I had no idea even existed! Would highly recommend! I now have to figure her into my monthly budget some how.

For me, mend. was love at first sight! The vibe is so serene with visual beauty everywhere. The Manager, Hailey (not sure how she spells it) is so sweet, and explains the process in a soft and accommodating manner. She's also very knowledgeable about the products they sell on the retail side. I love that they make their own massage oil and ask you to pick which scent you want for your massage. Rebecca was my massage therapist, and I couldn't be happier. Her touch was a happy-medium between deep tissue and gentle relaxation, just perfect for my desire today. I met Erika (the co-owner) on my way out and told her that mend. was definitely my new place! I live locally and like to get massages on a semi-regular basis. I'm so thrilled mend. is here. I'm already looking forward to my next massage!

I just had a wonderful session with Serenity. She did an awesome job with providing relief to areas that I knew needed addressing, and I'm eagerly looking forward to my next session. The staff there all pleasant to interact with. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing from the moment you enter until the time you leave.

I'm at the easternmost end of Massachusetts and Mend is at the westernmost end, but I'll be going back for more, and that's for sure. My left arm has been bothering me for about 3 years -a pinched nerve or something, I don't know, and never bothered to get it checked. I mentioned it to my therapist -Bella- before a 75 minute session. At the end of it, I was groggy ... and perplexed. The discomfort had disappeared. It's been two days and the arm is fine. Christmas miracles happen at Mend!

What a beautiful, calm, thoughtful environment and people. The retail area is beautiful as is the rest of the spa. Erika was amazing--it was my first time at Mend and she was very attentive and has a really wonderful style--very different than other massage treatments. Can't wait to go back. I will def be a regular here.

MEND always blows me away. The space is serene and beautifully appointed, while being very grounded and not fussy at all. The team was welcoming and genuine and lovely and took real care to get to know me. The massage was one of the best I have EVER had and I have had many. I feel great!. The specially created essential oils are amazing too. Highly reccomend!

We had a very relaxing float. Very wonderful and my muscles feel great. The one thing I would like to see is the ability to change tthe lights and possibly have like stars in the ceiling. That would be so cool.
