Rafael is great at what he does. He does an excellent job of asking what I would like him to focus on before starting each session. He is very intuitive in using just the right amount of pressure during deep tissue massage. The desk staff are fantastic and always greet me with a friendly smile.

Menari was able to squeeze my partner and I in for a sauna and soak last minute. It has been a very stressful time in both of our lives so we needed a shock to the system and try something new. This is exactly what we needed. They were flexible, comforting, and educational. We will be back!

Best holistic SPA in the region. Olivia and her team have created and curated a beautiful and peaceful oasis. You leave rejuvenated and glowing from the inside out. Allegra’s facials are a must. I could not recommend more.

This place is beautiful from the moment you walk in. I was nervous because I am not used to getting massages but my masseuse was communicative and patient. The experience was so relaxing. I got to choose the scent of the oil and the music played in the room. I hope to come back soon and will recommend this place to anyone who will listen.

Excellent massage, friendly, and very communicative. Having never had a male massage therapist before, I was a little weirded out at first, but Rafael quickly put me at ease. This guy offers unbelievable pressure where is needed (what I asked for}, and leaves you wondering why you didn't come here sooner. Excellent work, very professional, and an overall fantastic experience.

I see Raphael at this location, and he does an amazing job. When looking for a massage therapist to fit your needs, don't be afraid to let them know what you would like. Communication is important, and it makes the massage experience so much better. Also, every good massage therapist wants to give you the best session possible and it's perfectly fine to communicate that during the massage, whether you'd like more or less pressure, if the table is too cold or too warm, or if an area needs more or less work. Menari is very clean, peaceful, and relaxing, and my massage therapist always listens to what I'm looking for before we begin our massage therapy session. The staff is friendly and helpful. With any massage, when you call, consult with the receptionist, and they will adapt your needs to the perfect therapist. Whether you are looking for deep tissue, sports, Swedish, relaxation, etc...

I’m always hesitant to try a new massage therapist but I lucked out with Olivia! She was amazing! I requested a deep tissue massage to treat chronic issues and some new areas stemming from prolonged travel. In addition to regular massage, Olivia used multiple techniques (hot stones, vibrations, and stretching) to effectively loosen up the muscles and tissue. I was also appreciative that she was able to apply firm pressure without causing pain - which is tough to do. I will definitely be back! Thank you for a great experience!

My first time here and I will be back. From the moment you enter they set the mood. Relaxing atmosphere with water or hot tea ready for you on arrival. I had a 90 min Lomilomi with hot rocks and it was great. Olivia worked with me to find problem areas and dialed in the right pressure to make sure I had the best experience. I recommend Menari!

This place is incredible. There are not enough words to tell a person why they need to go! Olivia has created such a special place and really does care about the people who come through! You can also tell she really cares for her employees, which is so important!! Everyone really has their own very special talents, and there is someone for everyone! I would not have made it through a pregnancy without Olivas custom, deep tissue 6 now I can't go more than 4wks without Rafaels deep tissue massage! They listen well to what you need, and our 2 oldest kids (9yr and 11yr) have also enjoyed massages here as well! Allerga was the first to ever give me a facial, and I couldn't believe an hour went so fast! I can't wait to go for another!! Yoga!! Their weekly yoga is amazing, our 11yr old likes to join, and we can't wait to try the next mommy and me session with our 4yr old! Olivia also keeps some of THE BEST natural products in hand to buy!! We are also excited to stop by a mental health workshop in May! Seriously, if you need ANY type of self care, this is the best spa in Southern MN!

I have been going to Menari Body Works for massages for approximately 5 months now, once a month. I had numb hands when I would wake up in the morning before going there. The numbness now is gone!!! I am so grateful for their wonderful care. I would highly recommend Menari Body Works!!!!!

I just finished a massage with Alondra and it was magical. The atmosphere is clean and relaxing, you can customize the sounds you hear during your massage and the scent put on you. 100% will go back again.

I have recently had 2 90 minute Thai massages with Rachel Nelson where she added Tok Sen. I have never felt such relief! Today after my appointment I went to the chiropractor and she said has never felt me so loose. Can’t wait to go back!

Menari is amazing! The discounted Sunday Sauna is a MUST! Love everything about this place. Perfect local business to grab some self-love essentials or book out with one of the amazing women that work there! I did a reiki energy healing and Thai body massage by Rachel and it was a 11/10 experience. Everyone I have chatted with there is genuine and always wanting the best for your personal/spiritual health. Cannot say enough good things about this place!

Olivia, the owner, cares so much about her clients and her practice and it is so easy to see! She also hires the best, which includes Darcey. I have had quite a few massage therapists, but the therapists at Menari are truly the best. I like that they take my ideas into effect. I will be a Darcey + Menari customer for life!
