This review is based solely on the fact that they do not answer their phone and are very difficult to find. I am not directionally challenged and am familiar with Inman Park, and I had to circle the building 4 times to find the salon. I was running late, couldn’t get anyone on the phone to help, and couldn’t get anyone to text me back on the salon phone either. At the very least, there could be some type of direction on the website. This was overwhelmingly frustrating and left me in a bad mood for what ended up being a wonderful blowout! It’s unreasonable to not offer phone services as a business, especially when you are in a hidden location.

I was recommended by a few friends who have been coming for a while now. The experience has been amazing. The atmosphere is very welcoming, everyone is so nice and I left with a style that looks as good as it makes me feel! Ruby is amazing and made the whole experience super easy and very personable.

I've been going to Melrose & McQueen in Atlanta for 4 years now and they're the only people I trust with my hair. Specifically, their stylist Valle. She's absolutely incredible (I'm biased though because she's also a dear friend), and she knows how to take the vision in my head, customizing it to my complexion, hair type, etc. She's an expert in customer service, always has amazing lore to share during my appointments, and I walk away feeling so much more confident about how I show up in the world. The entire Melrose & McQueen team is phenomenal -- owners Jess & Kristo have done incredible job building it to be an enjoyable place to spend your day! Thanks for always making me feel at home and taken care of :)

Christian did my hair, and it turned out incredible—far better than I ever anticipated for both the haircut and color. He asked great questions to understand exactly what I wanted and was so easy to talk to. I left the salon looking even better than I had envisioned. I highly recommend him to everyone! I loved my experience at Melrose & McQueen Atlanta! The studio was beautiful and spotless, and from the moment I walked in, the staff was so friendly!

First time coming and I asked for a 90s blowout, and it wasn’t delivered. Just delivered a straight hair with no curls even. Kinda upset.. but at least Customer service was good?

Jasmine is the best. She knows what looks good and keeps me looking cool. I trust her to do whatever she thinks looks good for my hair and I’m always pleased with the outcome. She’s also warm and kind too I genuinely enjoy my time in her chair.

Mary absolutely killed it! She took my idea and made it even better! I have not had a hairstyle that has been able to pull off this cut on me until Mary did my hair! I want to go back and book her for my color soon! I drove from Woodstock to this salon and it is worth the drive to look at this good thanks to Mary!
