Neyla is the best! I got there with three different colors on my hair and was feeling super insecure of it. Neyla spoke to me and guided me throughout the whole process and explained certain things on how to take better care of my hair and how it would realistically turn out with my situation, she even stayed past closing time doing my hair to make sure it was perfect and I absolutely adored it, I couldn’t be more thankful of her and her sacred hands for bringing back my confidence, she’s THE BEST, don’t ever doubt to book with her!

Era clienta de Mela Beauty en miami en el doral eventualmente cuando iba, desde que supe que iban a abrir aqui me emocione porque ya no tendria q esperar ir a miami para hacerme mis cejas, y quede totalmente desepcionada, primero que nada te dicen que aceptan walk ins y cuando llegas t preguntan si tienes cita y sino tienes cita tienes que esperar min 2 horas y con el salon vacio (al menos asi fue mi experiencia) cuando me llaman para realizarme el servicio de las cejas la muchacha me pregunta y le dije que queria depilacion + henna y me dijo que si que no habia problema, cuando me depilo mis cejas me dijo que no podia realizarme la henna porque ya su proxima cita habia llegado, y nunca vi su proxima cita quien era pq pague y todo y nunca vi que entrara alguien, o sea 0 profesional, trabajan muy bien y muy lindo pero si no eres profesional amiga ahi lo pierdes todo.

Fui recentemente no Mela para fazer a sobrancelha e o trabalho foi excelente! Fora que adorei o ambiente, muito limpo, cheiroso, organizado e todas que trabalham são muito simpáticas, com certeza retornarei!

I went into the salon for a haircut and blowout, when I sat in the chair the lady helping me said they offered “hair hydration treatments “ and that the price began at $60 , I accepted and when she applies the product into my hair i recognized it was the same exact hair mask that I have at home , it is this Karsell collagen hair mask that went viral on tiktok a couple months ago ago , I ended up paying $80 FOR A HAIRMASK that is sold at Amazon for $25 , you don’t even need a cosmetology license to buy that product , the haircut and the overall experience was nice but I believe is really unfair you overcharge for a hairmask

If I can give zero stars I would ! I love how Massiel leaves my brows that I even recommend to my friends about this place but after today I’m done and I’ll make sure to let my friends know not to go. It’s so unprofessional to cancel my appointment last minute and mind you this is not the first time. I’m very open to rescheduling and understand things happen but the fact that they done this more than once is so frustrating. Never going here again.

Vine por primera vez a este salón y mi experiencia fue increíble! Todas las chicas son muy amables, me atendí con Gio quien me hizo un diseño de cejas, depilación con cera y tinte, mis cejas quedaron preciosas, ella fue muy dedicada y se tomó un buen tiempo conmigo!! Espero muy pronto volver ♥️

I got a gel manicure, and it didn’t even last four days before it started lifting, as shown in the picture. I also got a regular pedicure, and the quality of the polish was not very good, plus for some reason, my big toe got infected. To add to this, I had to wait for an hour when I arrived, despite having an appointment. Overall, my experience was not good.
