Neeru is the best!! Going to this Salon more than a decade and now my teenage daughter’s there. Have a wonderful experience. She is calm, experienced and take her time to do her work to the customer satisfaction. Highly recommend her!’

Worse salon ..I would never recommend this ..I went there for waxing and it was a closing time ...there were group of ladies who were working there and one of them said she will do my waxing ..she did waxing so fast that I kept pointing out the mistakes from other parts she was not waxing properly ..and she did very bad job then when I asked her to do my eyebrows after waxing was done she said that she could not be able to do eyebrows as this will take long time to do eyebrows ..she refused me to do threading and when I paid at last I just gave her 5 dollars tip she was asking me for more tip..she said that's it only 5 $ tip you are going to give me ..so at last I gave her 10$ even after she had done worse waxing on my body...they will never give you good services for anything..please don't go there and waste your money in this salon where the staff is totally unexperienced..worst worst worst experience!!!!

I went here to get my eyebrows done today, but shes very nasty and rude. Her mouth was smelling while doing my eyebrow. she didn't ask me what I would like to have done. I had to go up to her and tell her. She had such a bad attitude. Her name is zaib.I honestly don't recommend this place with rude people.

Avoid this place at all cost. I asked to cut bangs for my niece. They were closing and rushing the lady. She cut her bangs like this!! On top of it, she quoted the price $15 for kids and collected $20 for this. I am never trusting her for even eyebrows.

A little advice, spend a little more time concentrating on the service you’re providing and a little less time talking to your coworkers this way you wouldn’t get wax in the customers hair. They even put the headband around my hair to prevent this from happening. So no excuse other than their own negligence. I wouldn’t leave a review if this was just once. it’s literally a 50/50 shot Lolol. At the end of the day they do eyebrows well and they are affordable and to me personally that’s all that matters.

If I could put a negative stars I would have! So bad service went there to cut my hair, the lady literally sprayed water on my face and didn’t even apologize. Didn’t even shape my bangs they are uneven.

Terrible service my daughter got there waxing done today both of them had a severe skin reaction and she is having hives! There is no sanitation at all, they are not trained to wax properly. They clearly rip your skin and are extremely rude and arrogant people.

Tall lady was rude super nasty and wax all my eye brow off when I explained to keep thick just cleaned I swear I wanna smack her I always do facial here and I will never come again if they check my history myself and grama goes here all the time to do facial and hair and eyebrows

Service has really gone down here. I use to get my eyebrows done here regularly for the quality and the price. Lately however they have newer staff that are really hit or miss and don’t know how to follow your direction. Unfortunately i took the risk. I specifically asked the lady doing my eyebrows to do a “clean up” and to NOT make my eyebrows thinner or smaller. She decided to take her own approach and thin my eyebrows. I expressed to her and the other staff how upset I was at the outcome of my now very THIN eyebrows. She only said they look like they have better shape now. I’m sorry, but that’s not what I asked for. Never coming back here again and if you care about your eyebrows you’ll go elsewhere and pay more for the quality too.

Absolutely unwelcoming and uninviting environment. No hello or acknowledgement. How can I trust a place like that with my body? Please try to understand that we walk inside with an expectation of good service and a warm welcome at the very least. This is no way to run a business. . I literally walked IN and OUT without getting anything done because of the tone and attitude. Please teach the employees how to be more respectful or enroll them in a business etiquette class.

All the ladies who work here are always in a bad mood they never welcome to their customers and always very rude attitude, one of the employee HAITAN she is very misbehaved and mostly like to earn money without doing any work. To much ride with elderly women, I took my mother in this salon this person haitan said to my mum I thread your upper lip 2 times now I'm tired of doing so please go, 1st time in my life I have seen a wrist employee like her. Since 3 years I'm going this same salon and I was ignoring not to write review but this time she cross her limits I will never ever recommend this salon to any one

I think the women that work there might be blind. I’m HORRIFIED, they ruined my eyebrows and some how when she was waxing my lip, she made it bleed. And the women didn’t even apologize or anything, like there wasn’t blood running down my lip. Disgusting people.

I went here to get my eyebrows done today, the lady did a decent job but was VERY NASTY AND RUDE. She was not welcoming, she didn’t ask me what I would like to have done. I had to go up to her and tell her. She had such a bad attitude. I honestly don’t recommend this place with rude people.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. I WISH I HADNT. Went here for a wax and had a terrible histamine reaction and my back is breaking out. Actually so upset and I wish I could have this place shut down. Absolutely do not go here unless you want to ruin your skin. Please take my advice and avoid this place for your own sake.

Rupal is my favorite🥰.. it's been more than 14 years.. she takes care of me..very polite.. professional so is Hetal. Very clean.. it's my Salon🙂 Negative part of the place is the head washing Sink.. whenever I get headwash it's 2 days.. that neck pain don't go🥺 . Too low and very uncomfortable. Hope it's get fixed soon🤔

So since Covid I have been coming here. There is not usually a wait time. My only pet peeve is it is a hit or miss with the people weheather or not they will do a good job. Last week I went in and I told the lady that the last time they did my eyebrows they did not match. They still don’t match. I don’t know how many times I have to grow back my eyebrows to have them mess them up.

Staff is very rude specially the elderly lady. They argued with me about tip that I am giving less tip and said nasty things about my daughter. I always gave good tip in past even if I did not like the place a lot but went anyway as it is on my way. This time I had less cash with me so I gave five dollars tip. Place is also dirty and unhygienic.

When i go there first time the lady did a nice job on my hair she did blonde highlights.and even 2nd experience wasn’t so good then 3rd time i dont know she used cheap bleach on hairs my hair started falling out right away and I ask her why my hairs are like this she said they are going to be fine no worries but after 1 week my hairs are falling out and now m literally balding from the area where she uses the bleach.
