I have been a loyal customer of this medspa for approximately two years, and I wish to revisit my previous review following my most recent visit. During my latest appointment, I received Dysport injections for a brow lift, aiming for a subtle enhancement but unfortunately ended up with what appeared to be "Spock Brows". Following a discussion with Jenn and sharing photos to support my perspective, she expressed disagreement with my assessment. Given that the treatment outcome directly impacts my appearance, I believe I should have the ultimate say in determining my satisfaction. Upon expressing my dissatisfaction with the elevated brows, Jenn indicated that she would not feel comfortable performing any future procedures on me, which I respect. However, I find it disappointing that I am unable to freely voice my opinions regarding my own facial appearance without facing repercussions. While I appreciate her offer to rectify the situation, I understand and respect her decision to decline future services, as it is within her rights as a service provider. However, I believe that it is crucial for businesses to prioritize excellent customer service, especially towards loyal customers. Ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly and effectively should be a fundamental aspect of maintaining a positive client-provider relationship. Visitors should be aware that expressing concerns or feedback may lead to potential sensitivity or offense from staff members.

All the girls are so nice and knowledgeable. They won't try to sell you something if you don't need it. I have always wanted to have more noticeable lips and Dr. Hawkins knows what she's doing. She's soft-handed and gentle. I've gone for two PRF under eye filler and can't wait to see my results!

From the moment I stepped inside MedSpa719, I was impressed. I love their convenient downtown office! It’s spacious, clean and professional. Meeting with Jenn put my mind at ease. She has so much knowledge—do yourself a favor and check these ladies out for all of your skincare needs. Hands down the only place I will go for anything skin care related! All the ladies are incredibly warm and welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly, prices are very reasonable and such quick appointments! They don't try to upsell you to make more money, just state what services they offer and what it benefits; after that it's your choice on what to get done and when. They give very clear details about what to expect after your treatment and very detailed with what to the treatment will be like. I've only gotten compliments on my lips and forehead, mostly everyone says the same thing: I look natural and still have movement in my forehead. Not the frozen look of horror or other stories you hear when you get fillers done, I recommend them to everyone! Book your consult, you won't be disappointed!! Red lipstick: after picture

I will start by saying I am a aptient of the On Site Medical Practice and that is how I was introduced to the Med Spa 719. I have been a patient of On Site for 3 years now and have blown away by the patient Doctor relationship!! When I was suggested to see Med Spa for a consultation i thought it would be way out of my price range and I was so wrong!!!! Not only did Maria do such a great job on my eyebrows it was very reansonably priced. I have never done anything like this for myself and the entire team made me feel so comfortable and really PUMPED UP for my procedure. I have not had any eyebrows since I plucked them away in the 90's, this was such a HUGE confidence booster for me!!!! My brows look very natural (better than anything I have painted on in the last 20 years) complete with little individual hairs in the front. I can't wait to explore other services provided by the spa. Thanks so much to Jennifer, Maria and Daisy for being so AWESOME!!!

Jenn is helping me with weight loss. She prescribed a medicine along with education on eating and fitness. I am so very happy w the addition of the medication. After diet modifications helped me lose 20lbs I got stuck and couldn’t loose anymore. Now with the meds I’m down another 9 lbs in 3 weeks. I’m trying to get after activity but honestly just eating smaller portions and not feeling hungry in the evening after dinner is what’s doing it for me. I actually had kind of a “larger” portion of dinner tonight (about 3/4 the size of my premedication dinner) just cuz it was so tasty and it made me feel a little sick to my stomach like, “Hey you - you’re full! stop eating!” I’m super happy and I’m glad you can offer this to people. It’s a game changer.

The most AMAZING med spa around!! I got tooth gems from Kande and she was beyond amazing throughout the entire service. She has the most beautiful, positive energy and customer service, making my experience unbelievable comfortable and exciting! I went in for a first time facial and consultation with Carla and it was such a lovely experience. Carla was very kind and walked me through the different options and services MedSpa719 offers. Bringing in new services was a winning move but finding someone like Taija to add to the already amazing team with Carla and Jenn makes it epic. This is the ONLY med spa I will go to as long as I live in Colorado, and I'd fly in for appointments if I didn't come here so often! Jenn and Carla are two of the most amazing people and I feel so much better every time I see them--INSIDE and OUT! Jenn has been 100% honest with me since my first appointment and I trust she will never steer me in the wrong direction in order to benefit the spa. They are definitely all about the person who walks through door.

I have been going to the MedSpa for just over a year now and have never felt more beautiful. I started seeing Dr Jen and Dr Nik for lip fillers (my lips look amazing and I am 100% obsessed; I will never stop getting them). But as I continued to visit the MedSpa I got to know about all of the amazing services that are offered. I have gotten Tox treatments and just recently did a SkinPen treatment and my skin is absolutely GLOWING. Dr Jen and Dr Nik are so knowledgeable about their practices; of course, whenever I leave after a treatment I feel and look amazing because Dr. Jen is like a beauty magician, but every time I go in for an appointment, I also get to hear about a new training they attended and all of the new techniques they are practicing. And more importantly, they genuinely care about their patients; they truly aren't interested in just taking my money-- they are committed to making sure everything is done safely and correctly so that my skin, lips, etc. are never compromised. Dr. Jen always walks me through every procedure and makes sure I have a clear timeline on when it's safe for me to get touch ups. I trust her completely and will go to her forever and ever. I just truly cannot say enough good things about The MedSpa719
