I cut my hair my self and it was messed up so I made an appointment at this salon. First time going to it. So the girl seemed nice but , Price gouging definitely happened. She literally took 5 minutes to barely trim my hair and charged $50 dollars. I thought it might be $25 or $30.....but $50. What a rip off. She basically did nothing. Watch out for this group of lady's.

I had a great experience at Me Salon and Day Spa yesterday. The ladies at the reception area were very kind and greeted me right away. Krystal did a great job on my eye brows! I am very happy with my first visit and I will be a returning client!

This was my first time going to this salon. I called the day before my appointment to ask about pricing and my appointment details since I had not made this actual appointment (previous co worker referred me to salon and booked me a spot and then I only got a date and time confirmation) and I left a message for them to call me back. I never heard back from so I got to my appointment and sat down and met/talked with my stylist for the first time to go over a final plan of what were we going to do with my hair. I communicated that I wanted only partial highlights as the other services, when I had checked the website the day of my appointment online seemed, and in my opinion, more expensive than anything I wanted to spend on my hair (highlights were listed on the website as starting at base $130-I didn’t ask about pricing when I sat down with my stylist for my appointment because this was the only service I communicated to my stylist that I wanted when making a final plan of what to do with my hair-a one color partial highlight). At the end of my appointment the stylist Krystal said my total was $405. I was shocked. I paid it plus tip ($445+), as I felt too shocked not too and in a very awkward situation for me to just not pay. I cried the entire rest of the night as this put me in a financially strapped situation. I looked over the services/price breakdown on my receipt and I was charged $155 for a one-color partial highlights and a Brazilian Blowout at $250 (that I didnt realize she had done because I have never had that done-otherwise I would have stopped her mid way through). It was also $92+ total more expensive than listed on the website prices (front page of website lists Brazilian as starting at $185). I contacted them privately on Facebook about my concerns and feelings, feedback, and how upset I was. It was my opinion that the services and prices should have been better communicated as there was a clear miscommunication when I sat down with my stylist personally to go over a final plan for what I really wanted/needed for my hair and what I was wanting to get done. Its my opinion that even if a keratin treatment was booked in the initial appointment details, a $300 service should be discussed with the client as there are 3-4+ different types of keratin treatments listed online and if you are going to be doing any service it should be discussed and clear, especially when if the client doesn't mention any of those services when discussing final decisions in person with the stylist. They didn’t respond to my feedback message on Facebook for 10 days, so I posted a google review. Then they responded first that I should just come back to their salon for my next service and then later I got additional messages threatening to take legal action and get attorneys involved if I did not remove my initial google review. They kept messaging me back Saturday night as I tried to explain why I wrote what I wrote, and then they sent me an additional 15 paragraph Facebook message at about 1am. It’s my opinion that the customer service was bad. It’s my opinion that services and prices should be more clearly communicated if they are going to be performed. It’s my opinion and feelings that if prices are very different from the website, they should be more forthcoming about it. It’s my feelings and opinion that this was handled poorly and you shouldn't give services not asked for and threaten to sue people

I moved from California about 4 years ago. I struggled to find a hairstylist who was responsive, listened to my needs, and made my hair look great. I found that in Krystal! Krystal is the only hairstylist I trust to do my hair. We’ve gone through a full journey from silver, to pink, to blue and back to brunette. Even with all that processing, my hair has remain shiny and healthy. Highly recommend Krystal as a trustworthy and talented hairstylist.

I won't comment on the place as this is their temporary space while they rebuild from a fire. But everyone was nice and welcoming and it was clean. Lacey O'Brian did amazing job on my hair. She was professional and super sweet. I was there for almost 3 hours but it didn't feel like it as we talked the whole time like we were long time friends.

Michelle always does a great job on my hair. She always listens to what I want to do and then gives her expert opinion on how to make it work. I’ve gone to several salons and they usually can’t get my hair to process right. Michelle always gets it right. I love the blonde highlights every-time. I would recommend seeing her if you need color/cut she knows her stuff.

My experience with this salon is outstanding. Everytime I go, my hair feels better than ever. My hair stylist is Krystal W. She always makes me feel confident everytime we do something. Even when I don’t want too much taken off my hair, she does a dusting trim instead of those stylists that cut whatever. She truly listens to what you are wanting and knows exactly what your hair needs. She really takes her time because hair is a huge process and have to be patient. You definitely get what you pay for and did I mention it lasts as well? I had an experience of using box black dye and for the past 2 to 3 years, it’s as if I never even colored my hair black. We’ve done a golden blonde for a few years now. I decided to go red hair temporary and got so many compliments. Everytime I go, it’s better and better each time. I highly recommend this salon! 10 out of 10 definitely!

Very elegant salon and spa. I have not had the pleasure of visiting this establishment yet, but I do plan on going. I was impressed by the phone call and how prompt she was in returning my call so quickly. The very next morning with answers to the questions I left for her on voicemail. Very impressed with the upbeat tone in her voice and courteous service she was giving as she explained her services.

Went back and forth between places trying to find a good fade, then my wife told me to try out Michelle. Been going every two weeks since, and the fade is perfect every time. Very good at mens cuts and beard trims, and does an awesome job on my wifes hair as well as my daughters. She has our business until she stops cutting hair.

She is honest about what will look good and what I may not like. I ask HER what I should do with MY OWN HAIR because I trust her and her judgement so much! I will never use another person or salon! Went in for a partial highlight and a trim on my hair that was long. Saw Danielle. Will NEVER go back there again!!! She not only butchered my hair shorter than I asked, but didn't even put any highlights in my hair except for around my face. Was told it would cost $90, then it turned into $130. Extremely disappointed. When i told her I was unhappy I was literally pushed off cause she had a vacation to go on! Completely unprofessional!I My hair is completely uneven and has no highlights at all in it. I am beyond upset with this place and would never recommend it to anyone!!! I have an appointment with emilee on August 11th I don't feel I should have to pay again after being ripped off. My hair is completely uneven. I would like to speak to a manager. I will be calling asap!!! Went back to get it fixed and they still messed it up. All I wanted was my hair back the original color and was charged for their mess up in the first place. The owner threatened me with the cops. My cousin has owned her own salon for over 20 yrs. I'm not stupid. But the owner here is unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I've told several people and they will never go back!!! Good luck to all the hair that is butchered in your so called salon. I'd take my chances at super cuts before I step foot back in that horrendous place and the people there are rude!!!
