非常非常疼，想吃止痛药说时间不够了，做了三次，什么效果都没有，服务人员也非常rude，麻药都是自己敷。以后不会再来了，非常不推荐

Amazing staff & new laser tech/ nurse Sheila ! Just got my 3rd laser tat session here (started in 2021 but havent been back til today) and she finished my picosure removal in 30 min ONLY?? Josephine & receptionist r so lovely & welcoming as well Fast service & amazing price! Cant wait to see my results & finish my tattoo removal @ Me Med Spa with Sheila! !! She made the process much more painless by tapping my arms while lasering my back. I can’t believe she finished SO FAST. She really knows hows to manage pain levels… WOW 😍🩷😍🥹 I am so thankful for ME MED SPA’s amazing service. All the nurses and staff are very caring & checked on me frequently I recomend numbing for 2 hours if u have a huge piece like me.

Paid thousands and thousands of dollars promising to fix my jawline but they only giving me expensive treatments that don't do anything for that. Last time I paid 2, 300 and I was expecting the PDO Threads and they treated me with MONO threads which it was the worst painful treatment I have it done and it doesn't do anything for lifting, Not t only that but they have a Receptionist up front that I had to deal with she is so rude that Im scared to go to ask her anything. THIS PLACE WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY. NOT RECOMMENDED.!

之前在在做一仪器消费$一万多，还介绍了很多朋友来，也算是店里老顾客了，但一个多月前打瘦脸针，一周后发现蛙腮，一直到现在没有恢复，和店里沟通,店里一直和我说这说是正常，有点医美常识的都知道这医生注射点不准确或剂量不够，店里推卸责任、态度极差、各种找理由 也不给解决！大无语～

Been coming here for a few years and I love the staff! Everyone is friendly and helpful, and my injectors have always been great. I always get the exact right treatment, and I feel their consults are very accurate and honest. They always have great specials. Well worth the trip from NoHo!

I been doing fillers and Botox for quite some time. I go to Santa Monica Skin by lovely. I wanted to try this place out. I bought two applications of fillers, and 62 units Botox, however I do not feel they applied all the units and kept some to apply in themselves . 2 months later all the applications are dissolved , I’m not sure what kind of fillers they use . I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone that knows the process.

I began my LHR on Sept 19, Full face treatment. Most certainly begun getting results within 1 weeks after my first treatment. I'm currently on my 6 treatment and am barely having to shave my face. I've noticed that my face looks smoother, also my acne scars have gradually faded, and that my skin is overall much smoother and brighter. I highly recommend going to this clinic because the staff is fantastic and the quality of the work is outstanding!

I regret to say that my expectations were not met, and I am compelled to share my concerns. Upon my initial visit, I purchased 52 units of Botox. Unfortunately, I did not notice any significant change in the treated area compared to previous injections I had received elsewhere. Dissatisfied with the results, I decided to return to your spa and purchased an additional 8 units in the hopes of achieving the desired outcome. However, it has now been one and a half months since my treatment, and I have not experienced the improvement I anticipated. My forehead still exhibits wrinkles, and there is obvious movement particularly during facial movements, suggesting that an insufficient amount of Botox was administered, contrary to what was promised. Normally, I receive 55 units of Botox every four months, but considering the elapsed time since my last treatment, it is disheartening that my forehead still lacks the desired smoothness. It appears that I may require an additional 55 units of Botox in the near future to achieve the desired results. As I am preparing for a trip abroad at the end of this month, during which I anticipate taking numerous photographs, I will not appear my best without further injections before my departure. The 60 units of Botox I purchased from this Spa have only lasted for two months, which is considerably shorter than the expected duration. This has left me feeling dissatisfied with the longevity of the treatment, and the even during these two months, the results is very minimal. I was so happy that I found a place that is closer , but I am afraid I have to go back to my previous clinic. Despite my disappointment with the outcome, I must acknowledge that I appreciated the overall ambiance of your spa and the attentive communication with customers, which initially attracted me to your establishment. However, the subpar results of the Botox treatment have unfortunately overshadowed these positive aspects.

Wow! I have been getting Botox for the past 12 years on and off and this is the first time that someone has been able to get rid of my wrinkle in between my brows. Not sure medically what it’s called but I was always told that there was nothing that could be done with this very specific deep line in between my eyebrows however, at the spa, the nurse sat down with me and explained how all the muscles work, and where she would be injecting in order to clear up the wrinkle .I wasn’t expecting any results, but it is completely gone. I have actually never gotten such an amazing Botox job before. I look completely natural and lifted refreshed with less than 30 units so she didn’t even try to sell me on more units. It was just all about what would look the best. The nurse was also so kind and caring. There was a point where I got a little anxious during the procedure and she made me feel as comfortable as she could. Although this spa is totally out of my way I would definitely come back because it’s worth every penny and the time driving there just buy my results two weeks after.

Hello! They offer me a Botox package, which includes 100 units and get 15 units free for $700. I did bought it because I taught it was a good opportunity. Don do it!! They don’t not apply the amount of units you supposed to get. The nurse prepared the needles in a different room, obviously you don’t see what she does. I had Botox before, and I know how it feels after the injection over time. In this occasion, I don’t feel non of those symptoms, and wrinkles looks exactly the same as before the treatment. They pretend to inject the product, just that. They used 63 of 115 units, more than I have ever get, but nothing happens. Make sure you get what you paid for.

Nurse Jackie was amazing super sweet and patient with me, I’m a cry baby and she took her time to let me breath 😜 It was just an amazing experience. I I totally recommend this place ! It’s not expensive!

I had injection and laser hair removals here for the first time, I really like their customer service. I forgot to get the two ladies names that did my injection and laser. The girls there are friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. I asked them all kind of questions and they were happily answering all of them. I really like the environment there, I wasn’t pressured to get other services, big plus on that!

I have been to other Med Spas and although I have always had good experiences, the best by far has been at Me MedSpa. Hazel and Linda are great, they make you feel comfortable and explain everything very clearly at consult. The staff is just as great, its like coming in to visit friends at every appointment. Nurse Karla, Jacqueline and Betty are wonderful and pain free injectors. Will continue to visit Me Medspa.

I honestly thought I was going to get a good results here, since it had good reviews but that was not the case. After 3 laser hair removal sessions I have seen NO results (no I was not expecting a full result but yes I was expecting some results). Especially, after they told me that I will start seeing results after the 2nd or 3rd session. I called to inform them about my situation and got gibberish from the first lady I spoke with (she was a consultant not even a manager who I had asked to speak to). After, I had actually spoke to the manager Hazel about 1 week after she basically gave me more gibberish and recommended I continue more sessions and waste more money as a “solution”. How is that a solution for me?! But rather for their business. I would basically be risking losing more time and money until who knows when I see results! The first session was not complete, as the nurse did not go through the whole area/s. When I had also informed Hazel about it at the time she offered an extra session to cover the missing area/s. The third session was worst. The nurse I got went through my area so fast, it took longer for me to get settled in then it did for her to do my laser removal. She did not go through and take her time to get everything. I also told them about this and they basically justified it and didn’t want to make any reasonable accommodations. The best session I had was the 2nd one. They keep bragging on how their sources are FDA approved. So?! A lot of things are and doesn’t mean their effective. They lied on my charts when they read notes back to me. They weren’t even aware of who did my sessions when I asked for names. Hazel claimed she did one of my sessions and she never did! They clearly can’t keep their story straight nor are on the same page about things. The place is not as clean, as I would have imagined a place like this should be. The bathroom needs work. The rooms and recliners could also use some work also.

I really wanted to love this place!! They won’t work with Payments they want you to pay your full 5 Appointments up front. I did Not feel comfortable doing that. Other places do take payments as you go. I was so disappointed. They kept my Hard earned Money and did not refund me Nothing . They also made me Re-Schedule being there. Also all the staff are always talking Chinese knowing how to Speak English that makes me so Uncomfortable. They are having a full conversation. The nurse that helped me did not speak English at all so it was hard to tell her my needs. This place is Not professional.

Seriously one of the best places I’ve been, everyone is so nice and professional not to mention all the ladies are beautiful. Always so welcoming and respectful. Best part is that their prices are always good! And the waits are never long they seem so organized and detailed. I love this place, I’m so glad I ran into their add on Instagram!!

Did filler for my cheek and Botox for my forehead at Me Medspa. I loved it! Staffs are super nice and the Korean injector is very experienced. I would highly recommend this place.
