The person who did my nails didn't even act like I was a person. And he literally didn't even talk to me when I talked to him. He acted like I was a pesent.The vibe was terrible, too.

this place is very messy, the ceiling is missing titles/ falling through. there is mail all over the floor. the guy that did my nails was very aggressive and rude. they couldn’t do what i asked for that was super simple. it’s a over priced. i wouldn’t recommend.

HE does a great acrylic nail, the best that I have found and that is the only reason that I go back. She does an ok fill in but it takes her way too long!! Pedicures are ok, but I have found a better place that massages you longer. This is a very quiet atmosphere, it's easy to get the impression that they don't want you there. Once I went for a pedicure and the lady didn't speak to me the whole time!!

I have been coming to this salon for at least 10 years. I love Mike and Donna. They are so personable. They are funny, gracious people. This town is really growing but no matter how many new salons they build I will always go to Mike and Donna. They give me a feeling that they care about me and my feet and my hands.

Super nice people, only problem was a week after getting a full set of acrylics the paint started to peel off and the nails started to pop off.... I paid 47 gave a 10$ tip. And he kept talking about someone else who left a bad review. Which isn’t very professional but 🤷🏻‍♀️ Again, very nice people, I have nothing bad to say about just them as people. But I don’t think acrylics should peel and pop off after 1 week either. Tried to text the nail tech and got no response 😬

They stole my credit card number. The paint was peeling off the walls and the technician kept standing beside me eavesdropping on what I was talking about.

I just paid $50 plus a $10 tip the least they could have done was made sure my nails was not lumpy.

Overpriced, poor quality products, poor quality work. Had to go home and cut nails to correct length and basically just remove polish. Waste of $.

I had a french tip pedi done yesterday. It was the first time I had been to this salon. I had no wait, and the staff did a great job removing my calluses. I unluckily had some issue with my polish rubbing off right after due to my closed toed shoes. I called and they happily agreed to fix it. I dreaded having to go back as I felt bad about the situation but when I got there they were very kind and we had a laugh at me coming in open toed shoes today. I am very happy with my results and will return. Unrelated to their service they have some amazing plants growing in their waiting area.

Having only lived in Tennessee a year, I've been in search for a new "home" salon. This place is NOT it. I had a pedicure done last week & I'm still experiencing pain. Several nails are cut/filed unevenly, one nail is down to the quick & lastly, one nail is infected. I believe it's safe to assume they use dirty equipment. Let my horrible visit be a lesson to someone.
