I had an eyebrow threading appointment at 4:30, was excited. I got there at 4:25 and waited til almost 4:45 with no message from Maya. Was very disappointed.

New location - 4250 NORTH OCOEE, CLEVELAND TN 37312 Glad its not at all far from the previous location!! Must visit this newly opened place in Cleveland if one is looking for good service with good value! I went to this salon for the first time to treat my dry, frizzy curly hair!! I totally left it on her to treat my hair!! She recommended doing Brazilian treatment and to my surprise my hair has become much more manageable, shinier n looks much healthy!! I am totally in love with it!! She even did eyebrow threading n it looked just perfect!! Thank you Maya! You definitely got me as your regular customer and would also recommend others!!

I don’t write reviews and I absolutely hate being rude. I went to this salon over the weekend and wanted a cut and dye. I specifically asked for a V shape cut..I did not get that. I asked for my hair to be purple on the top and blonde on the bottom. I showed them pictures!!!! When it was all done the stylist AND OWNER! Told me it will lighten up and become purple and blonde…my hair is now brown with blue and a messed up cut. My hair wasn’t dyed for over a year and the bottom was already blonde!?! I’m really disappointed these people would try and lie and not just admit they messed up. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this place.

I finally found a threading place I love to shape my eyebrows. Maya has a very light touch, so the procedure is not painful at all. She’s also greet at hair coloring and shaping. My naturally red hair has some white in it. She did a low light/highlights combo that looks … unreal. Very natural, really beautiful. Her demeanor is very calm and she’s a good listener. I highly recommend her!

I totally recommend Maya's salon! I got my hair cut and brows threaded, and she did a great job on both. Her salon is also very relaxing and nicely decorated. I will definitely be back. She offers a whole variety of services, I added some pics of what she offers!

Just came from there. My eyebrows were a mess, Maya cleaned them up, shaped them then tinted them. They look great. I will definitely be going back to get my hair done too.

Wow, this salon was excellent! I have never had anyone color my hair “blonde” before. I’m a brunette so usually turn out orange, but Maya was the only person that made it happen. She also did my eyebrow threading and tint made them look absolutely flawless! If I could give a higher rating I would. Absolutely amazing job.

1st time ever getting a pedicure. Was a little nervous when I 1st went in but, Maya made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Very professional staff and owner. I gave this place a 5 star rating but would be higher if I was able to. I highly recommend going in and talking to Maya for all your needs. I will be a repeat customer for life. Maya is very friendly, professional, and knows her products and hair. She is an amazing hair stylist. I came in with a very bad cut and fried hair from an old perm. She made it look 100 times better. They also do facials and Amber is amazing. I had the best facial, my skin has never looked so good and I literally looked 10yrs younger. I left feeling so much better and booked my next facial and hair appointment. Love these girls and place. I highly recommend going here!

Maya just cut my hair, and threaded my eyebrows. She did an excellent job. I have fine hair, so I asked for some light layers to give a little dimension, but not thin me out even more, and I got exactly what I asked for. I am picky about my eyebrows, and let me tell you, they look fantastic. Even, and full. I couldn’t be happier. The salon offers a LONG list of services so there is something there for you. Maya is also very sweet. Definitely try this place out!

Went for the first time and am sooooo happy with how my brows turned out!!! I will definitely be going back! As they’re the only place in Cleveland that’s threading!! No more driving to Chattanooga!!
