AVOID this place like the plague. I needed the basics and left mid service as they have either no clue or interest in what they’re doing. Go literally *anywhere* else.

I asked for my nails to be cut short and they took it to the extreme and cut them so short they hurt…and this was $70!

I had the gel mani/pedi. The polish looked great, and didn’t chip til around the two week mark. Will be going back in the future!

Very messy, lumpy manicure. They offered for me to come back the next day and fix it. Which is nice. But I didn’t have time. And they charged 75 for this mess. I’m just finding another place.

I have given this spa several chances. Last week I went in to give it one last shot. A gel pedicure was $70. I asked for Chrome. They wanted an additional $20. Chrome is a powder that takes about one tiny dab to do a full set. This place is a complete ripoff. And they are rude. The last time I was there I made an appointment. I sat and waited 40 minutes while they took walk ins before me. Never again. Do not go here.

I went there today and am blown away by how great a job Tammy did! She did tips and dip on my horribly bitten down nails like I’ve never had before and gave me a great pedicure as well. So happy and will definitely be coming back! Thank you, Tammy! You’re amazing!

Amy did an incredible job with the nail art I requested, I’m so happy with it! I got there close to the time they opened and they were able to take me right away. Great place for same-day appointments!

Older woman did my nails and filed them so thin they hurt the rest of the day. Now every time i do pretty much anything using the tips of my fingers my nails bend all over the place. Really a bummer cause I’ve been growing out my natural nails and now two have broken and the rest are PAPER THIN!!!!

The service and Amy was amazing. I also love Tammy so I hate to leave but I don’t have to tolerate poor treatment. I mean I was one of their first customers. I have been coming here for a few years and today I was treated poorly by the manager. I treat everyone with respect here and I always tip. Their Apple Pay function was down and Jade was treating me like it was my fault that their machine wasn’t working. I just wanted to confirm that I could also tip via Zelle and she got so offended and was like “I don’t keep tips from the technicians.” I wasn’t implying that at all. I know she doesn’t do that. I just wanted to confirm that I could tip via the alternative method of paying and it not be an additional inconvenience or charge to her . I even offered to go home and get my card and come back. She’s never acted like this with me so I’m not sure what the problem was but I will absolutely never be back. I didn’t do anything wrong. I just asked the question. Super hurtful because I adore her and this place.

AVOID THE OLDER LADY she did my pedicure and is very rough and aggressive. The side of my toes are currently reddish purple from where she was digging the tool in aggressively to get a hang nail. She forgot the design and when I told her she said something in her language to the lady next to her proceeds to grab my toe roughly and file Horrible experience

Asked for a manicure with my dip nails and they only trimmed the sides of my cuticles and did nothing else for $75. They didn’t even push my cuticles back or do the tops of the cuticle so my nails already looked grown out a few days later. Won’t be back.

Did a great job; took her time and made my birthday even better . My husband took me there for my birthday , my last experience trying to find a regular place to get my nails done ended up horrible paid almost 70$ and my nails came off in 3 days and i was so disappointed but this place is amazing and friendly , very detail oriented and is now my new regular place I will be going to twice a month I’m so happy and satisfied.

My friend and I have been going to this place for the last 2 years or so. The quality of service use to be great, but it has declined drastically overtime.They have continuously charged us different amounts even though we always get the same thing every time, same style, length, and only 1 color with no design. Yesterday they charged us $80 for dip with tip which is the most it’s ever been. I asked if they raised their prices and tried to say they hadn’t when I had been there a month ago and same exact thing had been $70, which was more than the time i had also been previously. I understand inflation, but to lie and say they hadn’t been raising prices and then laughed when I mentioned that the exact same thing was $10 less than a month ago, not doing any other nail care, and not doing what we asked for our nails, and how the quality of overall service has declined, we will start looking for a different nail salon.

I am new to the state and expressed to Jade, when I called to make an appointment, that I was in search of a new nail shop "home" in Nashville. I was told to come in at 4pm to have my acrylic full set with gel polish service done. The price was listed as $57 on their website. I was there 10 minutes early and given a basket of color options to choose from. I chose what I wanted. A male nail tech finally came and got me @ 4:20pm and I handed him my color choice. He offered no apology for his delay. I requested a short stiletto shape for my nails. He struggled to get the shape and length right and I had to guide him on every finger. Once the acrylic was applied and he was doing the final shaping and filing, he could read the annoyance on my face, because I shouldn't have to put any effort into teaching a "professional" how to shape a nail straight. He asked if I wanted to file the nails myself. I declined, because that is rude AND why would I do that when I'm paying for a service. At this point, Jade sat another client down in the seat next to me and offered her something to drink. I was never offered anything, not even as I waited for my service to begin. She brought the other client a bottle of water, looked me in my face, and just turned away. My nail tech then began with a clear base coat, which is completely normal. Next, he opens up a little container with powder and began tapping it on my nails. I asked him if that was the color I chose and what it was. He said yes, it's chrome. I had clearly never used or seen that before. I said oh, okay and he proceeded. Once my nails dried, I got up to pay. Without a word, Jade punched in $100 as my price. I asked her why so much. She then said my set was $75, the chrome was $20 and the nail shape was $5. I advised that the pricing is listed differently online and no one said the color I chose was any additional money. I was expecting a $62 bill. Her response was that her website had old pricing. I regret using a card to pay. If I could go back, I would have paid her the $62, in cash and walked away. I rarely do this, but I left no monetary tip. My TIP: clearly communicate pricing, upfront, for each additional service, treat all clients equally and hire competent staff.

Jam (James?) did such an incredible job! Took my sad, bitten nails and added extensions, then did an amazing job on the dip and color. Was super thorough and made sure every nail looked perfect. I'll be going back and would definitely recommend them!

The pedicure was great. However, my manicure wasn’t what I wanted and the lady I had cut me 7 times to the point of bleeding. They did offer to fix it for me for free but not sure I want to go back. Update: I went back and Jade fixed them for me with a full new set free of charge. It just goes to show that it does make a difference to speak up. Jade is incredible and I will be sure to ask for her again.
