I had such a wonderful experience here. From the warm welcomes to the massage itself was just 5 stars. Richard was my massage therapist and he found new ways to relieve tension I have never experienced before. I really appreciated how he explained the connections in my body to help me relax and get the full benefits. I definitely recommend this place and if you can book Richard.

I’ve gone to see Rachel K twice for 60 minute Swedish massage and I’ll be returning as she does an amazing job focusing in on my problem areas. She creates a nice calm and safe environment, and I leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend!

I booked myself for a deep tissue massage, and it was a good experience! It was comfortable and relaxing, with a comfortable room, and good service. The staff was polite, and Paola did a wonderful job. I recommend this place, and it is similar in pricing to other locations, but many others have lower ratings.

I love Matrix spa and massage. My husband and I have been coming here for years. The atmosphere is very tranquil and relaxing from the moment you step inside. The staff are always kind and professional. I have worked with two massage therapist who are both fantastic, Jackie and Paola. Both therapists incorporate stretching into my massage, which really helps to loosen the tension I carry in my upper back and neck. Not only is this place my favorite for massage they also have great adds on for the whole spa experience. I’ve added hot stones, cranial-sacral focus, reflexology, infrared sauna, body scrubs, and time in the relaxation room. All of which I would highly recommend. Definitely book your next massage at Matrix, you will not be disappointed.

My wife and I have gone to this location 3 times to get massages. Each time we've had the same therapists, who do a fantastic job! We have every intention to continue using this location in the future as they are fantastic in their service!

Paolo was so amazing with her massage. She knows the muscle connects and how to help them. I loved her energy and I felt so much more relaxed, loose and like a brand new person after the session. She knows the perfect pressure and stretches!

My husband and I decided to treat ourselves to a 90 minute couple’s massage for Christmas this year. Though the massages felt great, my husband’s therapist would not stop talking. Her movements around the table were so loud, clumsy, and abrupt that it shook the ground and my table. I had to keep peeking over at him to see what was happening. I could tell he wasn’t enjoying himself and he was giving clear social cues that he didn’t want to chat but she wasn’t reading him. He became concerned with how much time she was spending with him faced up because he really wanted a back massage. When he made this known to her she said, oh everybody wants their back rubbed we’ll get to that too. But then she only spent about 10 minutes on his back. Hardly any time on his legs or feet, focused mainly on his head. She was also coaching him with breathing in and out repeatedly, it was very obnoxious. Then at the end of the massage we were surprised by the price tag. On their app that I used to book the appointment it says the total for this service is $190 but I was charged $325 plus 3.5% for using a credit card to pay. When I asked the cashier why it was so much and what it says on their app she said that she is sorry but that the app is incorrect, $190 is the price for 60 minutes, and that she charged me the correct price for 90 minutes. I didn’t argue and paid the total but needless to say, we weren’t happy about it, especially considering our experience. I have enjoyed previous experiences at this establishment but you need to fix your app, and train your therapists to read your clients. When the person isn’t readily engaging with you in the conversation it’s time to be quiet and let them enjoy it. Making a client tell you to be quiet makes the massage awkward and unpleasant from that point on. Also if you want to guide your client with deep breaths during massage, please have a breath mint handy and most importantly ask if it’s desired because maybe the person doesn’t want to do that. Paola did great, she was quiet, her movements were graceful, she spent equal amounts of time on all parts of my body, her professionalism was awesome.

After a week of hiking the Mighty 5 National Parks in Utah with my daughter, a day at the spa turned out to be a great idea! We chose the Mother/Daughter package -- and they offer lots of other great packages too. We started with super-relaxing massages, then headed for facials which left us glowing, and finished with steam room, cold plunge and finally infrared sauna. It was a great experience and I was super pleased with the way everyone treated us at the spa knowing we wouldn't be regular customers. I will certainly book again when I go back to Utah!

Had my very first facial with Angela, she was so kind and professional. She took the time to look at my skin properly and explain how to properly care for it. The experience was relaxing, my skin felt so good after. I cannot recommend her enough.

Just had a deep tissue massage from Donna May, she was very attentive to all of my trouble spots but worked hard to still hit everything else. Very strong hands and she reminded me to breathe and relax, wich I needed. I will be back to see her again.

This was, without hyperbole, the greatest massage of my life. I’ve had numerous massages due to thoracic outlet syndrome and multilevel degen disease in neck. This was 100% next level. Have next appt tmrw.

We loved our first experience at Matrix Spa. We started off with cold plunging and the infrared sauna which we really enjoyed. Angela and Alisha took care of our facials and they were very informative and gentle. We feel amazing and can’t wait to be back.

Wonderful! I have been going to Matrix for almost four years now. They offer true 2 hour massages (not the 120 including 15 min consultation). Rachel makes it truly personalized, and I feel so much better after seeing her.

I had a 90 minute Swedish massage today with Rachel. It was incredible!! She is so sweet and caring. She gave me the best massage I have had since living in Napa back in the late 90s. I gave up for several years because everywhere I went had gross perfume smells that gave me migraines. Not Matrix. The oils are unscented and the room was so beautiful and relaxing. I was so tense and this massage was exactly what I needed. I can’t wait to go back. It was so good that I already scheduled for next Saturday. This is my new favorite place ❤️

This has been our second visit here! We travel all the way here from Idaho, and never ever regret! Here is a summary of my review: The fascial was amazing. The girls did an amazing job with the face scrubs etc. the location is clean, and the amenities are amazing. It is super relaxing and everyone is so friendly and professional. Side note: Make sure to drink some of the Chlorophyll water to help hydrate you and detoxify you!
