I went in with a tight back especially my shoulder & lower back as well as my calves. I tend to be on the sensitive side as far as pressure I had Cristina (Aguirre) and she was AMAZING!!! Her hands hold a powerful and healing component and her energy was calming. She’s very talented and very nice. I don’t live in St. Pete or even in the state but I go often and I will continue to go there to experience Ms. Cristina ☺️✨🤍✨

JD was absolutely amazing! Since I don’t get massages often, he went above and beyond, paying extra attention to my problem areas and making sure I felt totally cared for. He even gave me tips to manage them at home, which was so thoughtful. And the surprise bonus? Skincare advice! Totally unexpected and so appreciated—what a wonderful experience! 10/10 recommend and request JD!

This is by far the best place, in all of Pinellas county, to go for a massage. All of the employees are kind and considerate. The business itself is clean and well kept. The therapist that work here that massage are extremely knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend going here for any massage needs you might have. Any gifts you don’t know what to get for somebody, buy them a gift certificate from Luxe. They won’t be disappointed!

1 star is to much. I was there on monday. I seen massage therapist Karen. Not only did they try to change my appointment start time day of. I was only given 45mins of my hour massage. Per the front desk next time I should try a facial as they give you, your whole time paid for. Told her I don't want a facial if I pay for an hour massage that is what I should get. She apologized and stated yeah they do this all the time. Maybe someone needs to take to the providers, cause if a service is paid for service needs to be rendered as such. Will never go back here, the lack of care for their customers is atrocious. I will drive to Tampa vs ever going to this location again. Massage wasn't even all that good for a deep tissue. Go to massage envy people. Not here where they don't value your business.

Had the best facial of my life thanks to Alexis! I have been struggling with acne for a while now and she tailored the entire facial to my specific needs. Not only was she the nicest human being I think I have ever met, but she is so passionate about her work and it really shows! Go get a facial from her now, you won't regret it! :)

I actually have been to this location a number of times and will say that the staff has been nothing but pleasant and the massages were reasonably priced. They sold us on a once a month massage membership which brought the price of the massage down significantly. However, trying to cancel is extremely difficult. We were told that a new owner requires that cancellation be done in person. When I went in person later that week, I was told that not only do you have to cancel in person but that the manager has to be there who works during daytime hours. I asked to see what I signed for the membership and after reviewing it, didn’t see anything which indicated that I could only cancel if I was in person with a manager present. My experience with trying to cancel the membership is why I’m giving them one star. That policy is extremely unprofessional and quite frankly pointless. It made it very time consuming for me when it really should just be an email. I wish the staff the best however as they were excellent!

I had the best facial ever!!! My bestie took me for the first time for a facial and let me say Lex was awesome! She was very sweet, knowledgeable and super funny. She did such a great job made me feel very comfortable through the whole process and I left with a nice glow that I haven't seen my skin have in a very long time. I really like the service and will be back for another facial.

This place is a hidden gem! Normally not one for chains, but their fantastic family plan got us started and the therapists are what kept us! Quite a few have some pretty extensive medical knowledge, which really allows for them to alleviate the problem altogether (craniosacral, pressure point, cervical traction pull, etc)! Rachel, Nedim, Randy, Lydia, Devon, JD— are just a few of the awesome healers we’ve been grateful to experience! If you can get Angelina on the phone, she’s the absolute best at pairing you with the masseuse that can give you exactly what you need! 10/10 recommend

Today I had a massage from Laudi. I arrived sore (from my job) in my low back and hip on one side. She took her time and did a really great job getting my muscles relaxed and ready to get back to it. Her schedule fills up fast though so don't delay.

BIG shout out to Angelina at the front desk & Lydia my therapist for today. Angelina took the time to figure out my needs & set me up with the therapist that she thought was the best match. She nailed it!!! Highly recommend Lydia as a therapist if you're looking for therapeutic deep tissue. Very detail oriented & great pressure (: Thank you both!!!
