Love this location and the staff was so kind ♥️ This morning I had another fantastic service! I had a massage with Charles as well, and it was the best. Reception was super sweet and they offered great membership options that fit my schedule. I can’t wait to go back for my next service!!

Got the best massage with Gloria, 10/10 recommend. Irais is 100% my favorite tho, id recommend her to anyone. I've had other therapists there and they do amazing as well! Staff up front was so helpful and sweet! They explained the programs so well I just had to get on that deal.

I had Ashlee for a deep tissue massage; she worked on my issue areas, and I feel the best I have for the past few weeks. Ashlee really listened to me and did very firm pressure and would constantly ask me if the pressure was what I desired. Emily and Love were the lovelyest people and helped me understand everything I was signing. The spa was very nice and clean, and the music was very peaceful. I will definitely be back with this massgeluxe. I in fact did return to get a facial with the esthetician Zoe she was the sweetest person. She did amazing at analyzing my skin because I have very sensitive skin.

I had the most relaxing experience at this spa! The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. My massage was absolutely fantastic – the therapist focused on all the right areas and used just the right amount of pressure. The atmosphere was serene and peaceful, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated. Highly recommend!

Javier was so welcoming! I walked in and he was so kind and gave me a lot of information about the sign up! Love was also so kind and helpful, I was nervous going in but they made everything so easy and comfortable. So happy I decided to go!

This is the BEST SPA EVER!! I loved the services that was provided the massage and facial was OUT OF THIS WORLD! Get at Zoe with facials she has a heavenly touch and my skin was glowing !!! Javier and all the front desk people were so helpful, patient, and most of all kind people!

10/4/2024 PLEASE READ THIS TO THE END! Run from doing any business with this company!!!The front desk and managers are so inefficient, I am leaving because of them. The way they do their promotions are misleading and most importantly they continue to charge my account even AFTER I submitted the required cancellation form. They say they never received it yet they called to tell me I am welcome back anytime. When my husband cancelled his policy they only gave him 30 days to use his credits. They say you have 60 but it is only 30 days from your last charge. I spoke with "Love" today and she tells me she will talk to her manager "Javier". She didn't know when? When held to the fire she said next week. She said it isn't their policy to give refunds. They don't seem to want to stick by their employees mistakes. They want me to use the credit I was charged for but I can't get an appt with who I want if I did. Then they would charge me November. This is NOT YET resolved. Stay tuned but in the mean time I would consider massage Envy instead. 10/12/2024 early in the day. So, after posting this I did get my credit card refunded. I feel like I needed to post this to get any results, however. In the past my complaints went no where. But, as promised, I wanted to follow up and let you know they did refund my money. 10/12/2024 evening. This is unbelievable. I actually checked my credit card account and see that Massage Luxe is now trying to take out the $68.88 again! My next step is to report them to the Better Business Bureau. This is ridiculous. I told them I would go back to my review and say that they did reimburse me my money and the minute I did earlier today they went and took the money out of my account again. My normal monthly withdrawal was the second of the month so there’s no reason for this other than they just wanted to see me tell all of you they gave me the money back! If this does not get resolved tomorrow when they’re in office, I am going to be livid and will report them. I am so sorry I even tried to do the right thing and say that they reimbursed my money. Do not do business with this company!

I called the spa on 10/30 asking about the $49 facial special that a friend told me about. The person taking my call said yes, confirmed the price and booked an appointment for me on 11/1. I received a confirmation text. I arrived at Massage Luxe on 11/1 and was asked if I had the receipt?? Unbeknownst to me, I was supposed to book/pay online. I was then told that the offer ended on 10/31 (the day before!) and they wouldn't be able to honor that price. The person I verbally spoke with on the phone to make the appointment never mentioned anything about paying online, how would I know? Obviously I would have done so if she had. So here I am at the spa on 11/1 for my appointment and being told that the best (??) the "manager" could offer me was a special price of $75! Unacceptable! I personally spoke to her staff member to make the appointment and should have been told about this. I left the Spa and unfortunately, her staff lost out on a paid service and generous tip. The fact that her staff is not well trained should not be an issue for customers. We are talking about 1 day later too. I live locally so sorry you have lost a customer and everyone I will share this experience with.

I took my sister and my friends there. We had the worst massages of our lives. Our therapists were unprofessional. They didn't no want what they were doing. Their hands were very weak. They kept rubbing the bone instead of the muscle, which hurts. Complete waste of money. If I could give less than one star, I would.

This Massage Luxe charged my credit card without authorization. This has been an ongoing issue at this Massage Luxe with other customers. They refused to reimburse us or credit the account. This Massage Luxe is scamming people with their two massages per month for $120. Do not go here and do not let them charge your card!

Called to make an appointment for a facial because I got a Mother’s Day gift card from my son, person on the phone was very nice; believe her name was Emily or Emma. Went in for my appointment the next day and front desk was welcoming. Facial was refreshing. I had Zoe and she was very sweet. Great experience overall.

I had a massage last week and it was the WORST massage I ever had. It wasn’t even a massage it was someone rubbing oil on my body who had NO IDEA what she was doing. She never asked what kind of pressure I wanted. She was rubbing my hair to buy time and at one point she wasn’t even touching me during the massage it felt like she was just staring at me. She didn’t even speak English or understand what I asked her: it was a terrible experience. The girls at the front desk are sooo nice they were great but that’s where the hospitality stopped. I paid money for this and this needs to be corrected. Horrible horrible horrible please DO NOT go there. You lost a customer who would have been extremely loyal if this was a good massage.

We just closed our accounts at ML that we opened in 2016. We have no issues with the massage staff, they are very professional and do a good job. Be advised if you are going to open an account at ML they give you no access to your account or its terms and conditions. You will not receive a statement or be able to access any information online. They are the typical "gotcha" company as they make it very difficult to make account changes and are very punitive when cancelling. Our advice, look elsewhere before you get locked-up with ML.

I got a facial from Zoe today she was amazing it was one of the best facials I’ve gotten I’ll definitely ask for her again. The front desk girls are always really nice and the staff seems happy to be there :) I’ve gotten a massage here as well the spa is very clean and relaxing.

I paid for a person to rub lotion on my body. It wasn't even a light massage. On my pre paperwork I asked for firm pressure. I kept waiting for the so called therapist to ask me how the pressure was but she never even asked. So unattentive. The staff also didn't care when I told them of my experience.
