Absolutely horrific, I ended up with really bad pain in my neck the next day. My massage therapist constantly leaving the room to answer the phone. The service is not good at all.

I was there last weekend, getting a deep tissue massage, because my back hurts for a long time, my massage therapist is very knowledgeable, even she doesn’t speak good English, but she understands my pain. I have been to different massage places, Massage JG is my favorite place.

Awesome massage the woman who did my massage was awesome and had beautiful barefeet. I played with her. She was really good at it. The last time I went there I had a awesome massage I really do love this place. Some of the ladies that works here are awesome in what they do.

DO NOT GO HERE. I left feeling worst than I did before I walked in. Never trust an establishment that asks for payment before the service is provided. It’s been a week and I am still sore from my deep tissue massage. She literally walked on my spine the whole time and there were a few times I had to coach her on what not to do. Worst experience ever

Im visiting, out of town and this is not the place. They are not trained, just rubbing on your body and rough. The reviews are correct. I would not recommend. Highly disappointed.

If you notice the bad reviews are mostly by cheap Karen types of women. I’ll give a detailed review why I had a great experience. Personally, my body is regularly in bad condition as I’m a traveling contractor working across the nation, and my construction career is very hard on my body. Plus years of high impacts on concrete skateboarding, and my diet not being very healthy mostly staying in hotels. That said, I have been here a few times and had good experiences every time. I just had a 4 hand’s massage this last time for 1 1/2 hours, 2 ladies with hard pressure really worked hard. I tipped both $40 each on top off the overall $200 charge because they were worth it. Linda & Elaine. They took turns answering phone rings occasionally, but that gave me a break from the intense session they were providing. They are people running a business, not robots… of course they need to take calls about more business. That’s normal. They talked to each other and highlighted together how many bad spots we’re needing more work. One worked my legs feet and the other my upper body. I absolutely got what I paid for, 0 complaints- only compliments. Please be prepared to tip well, because remember it’s service work and they give a great service. I booked an hour and a half in advance to be sure both would be available. If your body is in a similar condition and you need real drastic pain management like I did, I highly recommend you book the same appointment. If you’re a cheap Karen looking for something wrong, nothing will satisfy you anyway. These women were very professional and I’m extremely grateful for their service and their time. I’ve had alot of massages over time, and the 4 hands work here was a top 10 experience, my body is in such a better condition now. The place was clean, sanitized and I can’t think of anything negative at all. “Is $200 plus tips worth it tho” you may be thinking…. The answer is absolutely yes if you’re in the condition I was in. Worth every penny, in my humble experience

Overall the customer service was amazing really welcoming and helpful. We were greeted and serviced by Monserrat B, a very well spoken young lady who made time go by super quickly while she helped my mother and I change our cellphone provider. My mother doesn’t speak very well English and I had a hard time trying to translate but miss Monserrat is fluent in both so she helped us make the translation process easier and we are happy with our new change.

This was my third of fourth time visiting this spa, but I’m only now realizing how much closer to me it is than the previous place I was going. The massage was fantastic! I wish there was more time spent on the shoulders, but I’ll mention that next time. Since I’m no longer going to the chiropractor, I plan to return.

Unfortunately I think the therapist has gotten so used to walking out of the session to talk to others/answer phone/greet other clients that she forgot she was supposed to be massaging me. The first two times she left I gave her a pass, but it was a very unrelaxing experience. The third time she left the room (about 25 mins into my 60 min service) I just quietly got up and left. I paid for a 45 min service so appreciate not being charged the full amount. However, this was undoubtedly a terrible massage experience for me. I hope they do better for other patrons.

Best massage I've ever had. The staff helped me regain my movement after months of a debilitating back injury. One massage and my entire body is rejuvenated. I drive nearly 2 hours for their service. Thank you.

The massage was cut short, it took a long time for her to enter the room, I still tipped $10 she acted liked that wasn't good enough and asked me for a bigger tip. I wouldn't mind if the service was better but she kept leaving the room and to be nice I want mention the massage. They got to do better.
