Raven was incredibly rude and unprofessional. During our consultation, I was confused by what she had asked me. I asked for clarification and the audacity she had to tell me she figured I would’ve known this already because of the profession I am in. Is this why I am subject to giving that information up in the questionnaire? For it to be used to demean my intelligence? Raven continued to make petty remarks throughout my massage and even asked if I was “capable of understanding how to take deep breaths”. I was absolutely stunned at the kind of treatment I received from her after hearing glowing reviews from my mother about this place. One would think I had done something to her prior the way she was treating me. Being in a service industry myself, I am appalled. Choose anyone BUT Raven or try another place.

I was referred to a therapist at your Shavano location and he was great, but he is no longer working there. I decided to check out your Huebner location because it is closer to home. I am so happy I did ! I met the Greg there and to say he was absolutely AMAZING isn't enough! I can honestly say the was the BEST massage I have ever gotten. This makes me nervous (in a good way) because I now see myself coming more than once a month. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

Honestly use to like this place, but they really give you just anybody and say that they can provide a specific service but it was a horrible experience. Charging hundreds of doallrs just to lay there with someone just touching with lotion, no pressure not even a massage….horrible customer service too when you give feedback, they do not care they just want you to pay.

I love visiting here for a massage. The girls at the front desk are always wonderful, and Hope is just amazing. She has a wonderful presence and does a fabulous job helping me relax. She also gives me pointers and recommendations for stretches at the end of a session.

Adrian was very effective in his massage techniques. He helped relieve excruciating pain in my neck when I could barely turn my head. Having a kind, personable tech makes all the difference in a good experience. I'll be booking with Adrian at the medical center location again!

I am used to a more upscale spa. The services are short. It felt cookie cutter. My therapist was good but you feel rushed and it doesn't feel personal. I guess for the money it's OK. I will go back to Oak Haven.

I came to see Ronald after dealing with some recent back pain. He is excellent at deep tissue. I’d love to gatekeep him, but he deserves to be recognized. I pass a few Massage Heights’ locations on my way to see him at the medical center because it’s been worth it every time I have gone to see him.

I followed Raven to her new location from Bandera, she has been my go-to therapist for going on 5 years now. Massage Heights Medical Center is a lovely little location with great staff. I'm totally willing to drive the extra miles just to follow Raven.

Mikey is an amazing therapist & the front desk staff are very nice! Im a lil disappointed that MH added additional fees to Tier 2 & 3 (new designations) therapists that are due on top of membership at each service. Overall Ill keep going because the health benefits are worth it but the extra fees feel wrong.

Raven does an excellent job!! I walk in knotted up and stressed and walk out feeling relaxed and amazing!!! She really works your trouble areas and pairs it with breathing to maximize the impact!! I highly recommend her if you are looking for a great overall experience!! The ladies at the front desk are always cheerful, kind, and friendly! They make sure you feel welcome and get your visit off to an amazing start! They also do a wonderful job when checking out and making sure you know about specials that are happening! They are very knowledgeable and definitely add to the experience!! Love love love this location and the people that work there!! Keeps me coming back!
