If you have never experienced floating before, this is the place to start. Beautiful, clean facilities and helpful staff. Plus, this is a family business and even more reason to support it. I’ll definitely be back!

Truly incredible experience. I’m a therapist (in training) and I will be recommending any of my clients with trapped energies use this to supplement their therapy work. Also incredible staff and tea and snacks offered afterward. I will absolutely be back.

The outside of this place made us nervous but the inside was PHENOMENAL. We felt very taken care of and there were supplies and creams and snacks and everything you can think of. The float was amazing!

This is my favorite place to go for relaxation. The floating pod is futuristic and makes you feel calming when you’re inside. The spa has shower room for before and after floating. You can also book a massage with them for great price. This is a must try if you’re in downtown area.

Vic at the front desk was an incredibly hospitable and helpful person, walking us through the experience and making sure we felt comfortable, safe, and relaxed. Tara, the massage therapist I had, was very communicative about the pressure and making sure I was comfortable during the massage, and delivered such an amazing massage that the next morning I'm still thinking about it and feeling wonderfully stretchy and relaxed. Try the snacks as well, Vic has great recommendations!

I received a gift card for Float 19 in April 2024. At the bottom of the email, it clearly states that the value of the gift card does not expire, so I wasn’t in a rush to use it. However, when I tried to make an appointment yesterday, I was told that their gift cards expire after six months and that there was nothing they could do, despite what was stated in the email. After the owner got involved, they will only give a discount and not honor the full gift cards amount. It’s pretty shady when a business doesn’t honor the terms clearly stated on their gift certificates.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! This was more than what I dreamed my first spa visit would look like. I received the individual float massage package and was blown away by the experience and the price! Vick was fantastic at manning the desk, answering questions, and explaining the complete experience. Helen, the masseuse, has the hands of a goddess. She takes pride in her profession, and it shows in her work. I have definitely realigned myself for the start of 2025 and cannot be more thankful to Massage Float Spa 19!!!

When you walk in it smells good and very inviting. Clear process education. Everyone very friendly. Afterward we were asked how it went and were given more education. Suggestions to staff. The floor in shower had hair on it. At end of session no warning and cold water went through and lights came on. We would go again over all and would recommend to others.

For my first time ever getting a massage it was very relaxing. I didn’t realize how tense I was and having them getting things to loosen up I feel so relaxed. I feel so much better. Thanks Float Spa 19!
