My massage therapist was 10 mins late starting the session and ended 10 minutes early. So I was charged for a 60 massage even though it was only 40 mins. Budgeting 20 mins for dressing seams like a ripoff. Better options our there. I do not recommend

Kiera at the desk was super helpful in finding us the perfect masseuses for our individual needs and making sure we could have our services scheduled at the same time. My husband has seen Matt several times and Takey did a fantastic job!

Lindon was wonderful. I was surprised she was new. She had great technique and it was very relaxing. Massage coma. She focused on the areas that were important to me and I felt relaxed and so much better. I came in feeling awful and achy and burned out. I left feeling light and restored. IT was very Healing..she has a calming spirit about her. She's wonderful. Thankyou Lindon Great job . I'll be back soon!

The receptionist booked the appointment for the wrong time and when my son showed up at the correct time for a massage, they charged him a cancellation fee, even though he was there at the correct time. Would not recommend this company at all the manager was no help and we have been going to that Establishment for over 10 years

Aleigha knows the human body! She released tension in places I didn’t know were tense. She massaged the muscles in my back from every angle which left me feeling super relaxed. 10/10 would definitely recommend her!! Going back to her today:-)

I was visiting VA for work and really had some back issues. I made a same day appointment and Richie was incredible! I felt like I went to the doctor and a massage therapist at the same time. I walked in literally planning every step I took due to how uncomfortable I was, and literally walked out feeling amazing. Thank you to this location for getting me in, for the great customer service at the desk and for hiring people like Richie!!! I will plan future visits to this location when I travel to VA!

i’ve had multiple massages, swedish and deep tissue, 60 and 90 minutes sessions performed by males and females, at other massage envy locations, and other local establishments and have never once had a bad experience. Until now. At first I was going to try and let my initial frustration go which is the fact i wasn’t greeted until 5 min AFTER my session started, my session was ended 20 min early, the walls are thin so you can hear staff talking right outside throughout session, and on top of that was overcharged tip. I was in no way expecting a perfect experience as a reasonable person and I always know what you get what you pay for, the worst part is it’s now been 3+ weeks and I am still in so much radicular sharp shooting pain into my neck, shoulder, and back, when I never even had pain to begin with. Richie, and any other masseuse should not be allowed to perform manipulations and adjustments without clients consent, or at all, because in my professional opinion this is out of their scope of practice. I’ve cracked my own back and hands and such multiple times and have never had pain before but now because of his carelessness, I’m having to get an orthopedic appt, MRI, and physically therapy to try and figure out what he did that is causing me pain and hopefully get me relief soon. Overall would not recommend the hilltop location.

Debbie-Ann is a hidden gem at Massage Envy at Hilltop. She is truly a gifted massage therapist and she deserves a raise! She could help train others. Great technique.

Don't waste your time or money! They mess up appointments and do nothing to fix their mistakes. More worried about their therapists making money than taking care of their clients.

Poor customer service with no effort to correct their mistake. I had to cancel my appointment that has been booked for weeks because they messed up my appointment time. Very rude and zero effort to correct the issue.

This team at Madsage Envy and the Hilltop location are just fabulous. I joined 2 weeks ago with a membership because Lashonda has the best hands and really does a wonderful prenatal massage!! My husband was deployed and just returned and was relaxed and pampered today. We added a membership for him today and cannot wait to come back for our next one. The front desk staff is so friendly and knowledgeable!! Thanks everyone, you made us feel great today! Love, Danielle & Josh

Great experience! Everything looked very clean. The front desk person was very friendly, professional, and no pressure. My chemical peel was great, just much shorter than expected at 25 minutes. Brenda was very friendly and helpful to give directions for the aftercare. Looking forward to seeing results! :-) ETA- Future peels lasted the full hour and Brenda is very helpful and knowledgeable. I definitely see improvement in my aging skin, thank you Brenda!!

Not sure who manages this location but even though I filled out the online form to request membership information from them for 3 times, no one contacted me. I mean you'll think a client who is considering monthly membership would be something they care about but not I guess

Aesc was amazing! If you need a place to go where the worries of the world disappear for 80min and upon completion of the massage you feel refreshed and completely new, massage envy is your place! The staff is so friendly and the atmosphere is very inviting. They are so good at listening to your needs and applying the right pressure to make you feel brand new!

I attended stressed and aching and came out the exact same way. The worst massage I have ever had! The massager was Rose and she did a terrible job. When I left it was like I never had a massage. The room was also cold as hell, I told her and she did absolutely nothing about it. I will never go there again SMH However the place was clean and the person at the front desk was very nice however, Rose the massager was terrible. I wasted my money with her!!

I work as an EMT in the ER and on rescue. My back was in so much pain and it radiates in different areas. The receptionist Brooke was kind and friendly. Alex was my massage therapist and was knowledge and explained what she was doing. My expectations/ experience was not what I expected. It was my first time ever and paying $125 and only getting 12 mins of a back massage was definitely not worth it. The massage therapist put pressure on my pelvic and clavicle bone about 10-15 min each. My expectations was a full body massage and i did not get it. I called back and explain this isn’t in my budget and i didn’t get what I expected. But hey at least I owe my credit card $125 😣 I will not be going back.

The therapists are amazing! I go to Aesch and Lyndera and would recommend them to anyone! Giving 4 stars for issues I've had with scheduling, transferring credits to others and trying to pause my membership. I've been charged the same fee multiple times and lost a credit due to clerical errors on the part of the receptionist that were never fixed. Frustrating and would not recommend the membership program here, but amazing for the massage itself!
