This was my first time ever going to Massage Envy. I booked a 6 PM 60 minute appointment with Linda. She has absolutely amazing hands. I will definitely be returning amazing phenomenal Customer Service as well. This place is great!

Brandon was just what I needed last night! I had shoulder surgery back in June and I have had Brandon many many times and I needed a gentler and relaxing massage but yet he hit all the right spots with a little bit more pressure and he always makes me feel very comfortable and I had him work on the shoulder area near my incision and what I mean he made me feel comfortable I am an older woman so I am not shy but my incision is just above my right breast area into my armpit so I laughed and said do you mind working on this area here I will move my boob out of the way lol. He is so sweet and a kind soul and listens to what and where you need work done at I have never ever felt uncomfortable with him. I also knew he would take great care of me being that I did just have surgery and my physical therapy is torture so he helped to work out the kinks from my PT. I had a 90 minute with him and he never disappoints and the conversations we have are always fun and enlightening and it's always a two-way conversation He will listen to my concerns and then I will ask him to share with me what's been going on in his life because I have not been there and many many months. He is a good soul in an amazing massage therapist. I have booked with him two more appointments and then I will go back and forth with a few others that I do like there but I always have to schedule my time with who my daughter likes so he's not always available depending on who she has and vice versa We kind of both switch off but we drive together and go together so sometimes it doesn't always work out with exactly who I want but I still always get an amazing massage. Thanks again Brandon for listening to me and my woes and working so hard to take away my pain but mostly to help me relax cuz the drive there was full of crazy people and by the time we got there I was an absolute wreck My nerves were shot my anxiety was high after massage I felt like just melting away. 👍👌👏😁

She is positive, friendly, and very informative about the skin in general. I have been using her for the majority of this year and I have no regrets.

Michael was too talkative. I wanted to relax and enjoy, too many questions, too much chatting that did not pertain to my issues. Knowledge guy but I didn’t enjoy my time and would not recommend him unless you had a migraine.

Maxi was fantastic - really listening to me regarding pressure and areas of concern. I would recommend her as a massage therapist, without reservation.

First of all, the staff was lovely and friendly. But this is just a fair to average massage. Had I paid full price? I would have been disappointed. No frills. Beds are warm, but it doesn’t offset the air conditioning in the fan blowing in the room. Felt rushed. I was probably the last appointment of the day so I did ask my provider to slow down her movement, but I had asked for firm pressure and it was light up fast. I felt bad asking someone. Who was probably exhausted from their shift to exert more.

I had a great massage with Ruby! She targeted all the areas I asked her to focus on and had the perfect pressure. She was very professional and could feel some of the areas I needed help in that I didn’t know needed help until she got to them! It was a great massage!

I wrote this months ago and it still stands! She's an asset..... Sarah Marie is by far the best masseuse I've had at massage envy. She truly is an asset to the company. After every session, I feel so relaxed and immediately less stress than when I entered. I recommend her to everyone I get the chance to. Sarah Marie deserves recognition as well as a bonus!!!!
