Today I had a 90 minute massage with Lee. He did an excellent job for the first time with me. I have scheduled another 90 minutes with Lee in the near future. I have some Army related disabilities and he was able to hit those areas and relax the tension in the muscles. I'm still experiencing the relaxation hours later. I probably shouldn't say this because he will probably get booked out realy fast. Anyway here goes. If anyone has had Reiki therapy, I would say this feeling is very similar to that. I told Lee that at the end of the session. He told me he doesn't do that. I beg to differ.

Be careful when booking. I made an appointment online yesterday evening then noticed a missed call while at work. The manager, Kelly, tried to tell me I had been quoted the member price online for a massage and wasn’t eligible for that rate, therefore I would be charged $188 for a 90-minute massage instead of $108. I promptly called back after being able to check my phone to which she still attempted to charge a 50% cancellation fee since I did not want to proceed with the appointment at the previously undisclosed higher price. After disputing this, she finally agreed to cancel the appointment once I continued to point out her unethical and fraudulent practice.

This place thinks I'm going to keep my membership until November. They will be in for a surprise. I currently have 3 unused massages built up that I've never used and they canceled my last appointment because I didn't update my card info, even though I have 3 months that I've paid for and haven't used the service. I'll just change my account number. They won't get another dime or reference from me.

Do not go here. They. Change your appointment when they want to. You ask for one time they put you in for another time then Charge you for a no show then won’t accommodate you in any way. Call you a liar. And there is no corporate person you can talk to. They. Basically treat you like trash and say they don’t care if you cancel or not. Thank God my bank is refunding me. Don’t go here or you will lose your money and the massage was awful. Worst one I ever got definitely not with the hassle.

Made online appointment, they called back and said prices were going to be 20% higher than what I booked on line. And then said that they would charge me a cancellation fee on my card if I did not call back to cancel. What are you talking about, take my card info then say it is 20% higher, and if I cancel they will hit my card? This is the old bait and switch routine, snake oil sales model. Will never cross the threshold of their doors. Told them I was contacting BBB, she said go ahead. They have told corporate many times about patron complaints, but corporate will not change the policy.

I had a massage scheduled but unfortunately was unable to attend my session. My husband had a emergency call and was unable to stay with our son. I spoke to the representative explained my situation on the day of the massage and tried to rescheduled and was advised I could but they would be taking my whole credit of the gift certificate massage. As a customer I could understand taking a portion of the certificate but the whole thing is insane. Empathy is definitely not a skill Massage Envy has.

Liars, fraudulent charges, DO NOT come to this location. And NEVER sign up for any of their monthly services they will tell you one price and charge another, then if you can’t use it they will continue to charge you. If you call and try to cancel they will tell you that you have to come in, so you can’t cancel. And when you do go in to cancel they tell you that they won’t give you your money back. What was supposed to be a nice Christmas present last year turned into a NIGHTMARE of price gauging we couldn’t get out of - WARNING - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

My massage was great but after what was booked as a $135 service on the website with a $125 gift card was informed after my massage that my balance after my $125 gift card was $73. Very misleading, irritating, frustrating and leaves you feeling scammed.

T. R. A. S. H. I was very specific in what type of massage I wanted and the areas I wanted. I advised her of my right shoulder and my left ankle, My therapist did my left shoulder and basically “rubbed” my ankle. I told her to apply a little more pressure, she did for another 90 seconds, and it was right back to “rubbing”. I remember saying to myself, while she was “rubbing”, “I’ll be glad when this is done !” In my head. Not to mention, the therapist i had was a female, and the room we were in had a male’s license, so it wasn’t even her room she was in. It was a complete waste of my money. I feel no difference from when I walked into this place. NEVER going back.

Went for a massage here when visiting my sister and gad a great experience so I decided to gift her a massage. She went in today for a massage with Kristina. She is sleep deprived from having had a new baby and mentioned several times how much she needed sleep or was exhausted and still kristina talked through the entire massage. I was an LMT an and that is one of the first things they teach us. I am disappointed that instead of having a relaxing visit where she could get some deep rest she had hwr ear talked off and received unsolicited baby advice from someone who has never had kids.

Worst experience ever!!! My husband got me a massage certificate as a gift, huge disappointment!! 1st off, you have to fill out a bunch of unnecessary paperwork, ( people, Im just getting a massage, not a medical treatment) then I wanted a deep tissue massage. I've probably had thousands of these, but this woman was nearly the death of me! This place is nothing but repeated sales pitches & pressure sales. I will never return. Complete waste of money. 🤬 AND when you complain or write a bad review, they do nothing to handle the issue themselves, they pass the buck to some worthless web address. This place is the epitome of a joke!

Horrible experience, i wish i could give no stars. She rushed through the massage and even tried to end it 10 mins early. The parts i asked her to focus on she didnt even touch. Didn't massage my hands or feet. And i could hear everything happening in the building so i couldn't relax. Worst massage ive ever had. Will not be going back. Whew, now i understand all the bad reviews...

I had my first professional massage today by Nick. I had no idea what to expect and was a little anxious at first, but Nick was very professional and easy to talk to. I was comfortable the entire time, and he seemed to love what he does. I could tell he was a very genuine person, and I’m sure he will go very far in this industry. Massage envy should be grateful to have him. Girls at the front desk were lovely as well. Thank you guys for the great first time experience!

I would never recommend Massage Envy and I regret taking a chance on them. My first massage was mishandled and management has done almost nothing to make it right. All they care about is making sure they get their money from you and holding you to a contract. DO NOT SIGN UP - YOUR MONEY WILL BE MORE APPRECIATED IN A LOCAL SPA - THEY WILL NOT VALUE YOUR BUSINESS

I would rate this location ten stars if I could. Very relaxing and clean establishment. Allie did an amazing job with my facial, I added the neck and décolleté. Hands down have to get that enhancement every time! She put something called “siesta” on me that I need gallons of to take home. Brandy did my massage and she really listened to what I wanted and focused on my problem areas. She was very knowledgeable about all the things and explained to me what was happening. It didn’t feel great at first but it was the good kind of hurt, and I left feeling like new money. I’m so thrilled with the wellness plan it’s $600 savings! So worth it, can’t wait for my next service.

I love this Massage Envy, all because of Melinda and Kelly! Melinda is the best - she listens to what you need, adjusts pressure for those trouble spots, engages is pleasant conversation, and is consistently Awesome!! Kelly, at the front desk, is always so pleasant and helpful. She always has a smile and seems genuinely glad to see you.

It's very regrettable that I write this review. Let me first say that I hope you never have a medical emergency the day of an appointment. I understand that last minute cancelations happen and procedures have to be in place to minimize cancelations. I had to recently cancel my membership due to recent financial hardships due to Covid 19. My last appointment before my membership canceled was scheduled. I had a medical emergency with my daughter and it happened right before my session. Due to the stress of my daughter's medical emergency, I didn't call until the next day to speak with a massage envy representative about my situation. I was told I forfeited my session since I didn't call the day of my session to cancel and they would speak to a manager about my situation. The manager didn't call me back but had the representative call me back for them. I was told if I could bring a "doctor's note" to prove I had a medical emergency they would consider giving me my session back. I'm sorry but if I don't have to produce a doctor's note for my job then I shouldn't have to produce a doctor's note for a spa. What's the definition of medical emergency?!?! I have never missed or canceled an appointment during my entire year's membership. Its unfortunate that this is how my experience ended as this mother will never be back to a Masage Envy. I also feel that if my membership had not been canceled, I would have been treated differently. A customer should be treated equally as to if they are a member or not. I do wish to point out that all the therapists were wonderful during every treatment and I hate that how management handled my situation was to the demise of this location, in my opinion.

One billing conflict over years of membership and they cancelled my reservation. During the time they were closed due to covid19 they were not able to process my payment because my credit card company sent me a new card. On the phone making the reservation they said all I had to do was bring the new card with me. The day before my appointment I received a call that they were removing my reservation. I am in constant pain from nerve damage and massages are my only temporary relief. They make it very hard to get their service. Guess I'll be in discomfort and pain until I find someone else.

The worst massage I have ever had!. If they think they know what they are doing, I am a rocket scientist. I left before my time was up. This place is way over priced. What a waste of my time and hard earned money. The one star I rate them is for cleanliness only.
