Went in for a pregnancy massage and was 15 min early, but tge person doing my massage was an hour late. Then the massage itself was horrible due to lack of energy from the massage therapist. It seemed as though he did not want to be there. Very very disappointing.

I have given this place a chance for 1 year with a membership & unfortunately no one here can do a real deep tissue massage. Even when I ask for more pressure you can tell they really struggle. I have gotten many deep tissue massages in my life & It seems like people here in the Inland Empire & possibly the entire state of California cannot do a deep tissue massage. I’ve canceled my membership & getting a membership was a huge expensive mistake.

Today I had one of the best massages I I have ever had. Dennis listened to exactly what I needed. I'm a new mom for the 2 3rd time and my shoulders have been killing me since I breastfeed. Denis targeted all my sore points and I didn't feel hurt at the end of the massage.

Worst massage ever, zero pressure applied and it’s like I paid $85 to have someone lightly touch my back and not do anything I asked for. Do not go to Dennis or this place in general as they expect a hug tip for doing nothing. The front desk girl acts deaf when you tell her it was a bad experience and I still tipped when I really shouldn’t have! He didn’t do pectoral or abdomen like I requested and he kept doing my neck when I said on the paper no neck and I told him once, no neck. Dennis ended the massage very early and started at 6:08, yet it was over at 6:50 and that is not 60 minutes. That felt unfair and he wouldn’t listen to when I said no neck and that I did want my abdomen massaged. He also didn’t listen when I said no lower back. I will not return here. The front desk is nice but also like she can’t hear to avoid fixing issues I guess, but why are they shortening the massage like that, it felt wrong to lose that much of the time o paid for. They need to be looked at for doing that by their main management.

Shawmonique is the absolute best from the Riverside location. The customer service at the front desk is ok. They do tend to up their membership prices however that’s our cost of living increase with the economy. Overall I love getting my monthly massage.

I've tried to go here several times. Each time I've scheduled with them, I can't get an appointment sooner than 2-3 weeks out and then the day before my appointment they cancel on me. If you cancel on them within a day they will charge you but if they cancel on you, oh well. Seems like there's a pattern in the reviews and it looks like this place needs to get their scheduling together.

BEWARE OF RIDICULOUS CANCELLATION FEES! Even if it is not your fault they will charge you for cancelling without caring about your specific reason! I cancelled same day due to a traffic accident and I called an hour before while on my way but my phone died. I then told them at the time of my appointment when my phone finally turned on that I was still on traffic and since I cancelled the same day I was charged 62.5 even though I was going to become a member and felt like I should of at least been charged a member late fee. I was a member for a whole year but when you are not a member beware it’s even more expensive. There was no one time courtesy or anything

Massage envy the one at Orangecrest, is the worst place ever they always cancel my appointments or mess up my hours and on top of that Kloe and and old Filipino girl were very disrespectful and laughed at my because they had cancel my appointment with such a short notice. I'm never going back there and will cancel my membership. I will look for a better place instead

Today marks the second time I have tried to schedule an appointment with this location and they didn't answer. Both times I called the Massage Envy in Orangecrest and they were able to get me in just by merely answering their phone. Whenever you call it rings a few times and then the system only gives you an option to leave a message to speak with a manager (option 3). I really don't need to speak to a manager if there is a direct connection to the front desk to book an appointment. After nearly two hours go by from the time I started calling when they first opened, I then get a text from them saying they could get me in 45 minutes. First, I don't like text message communication. Second, sometimes with the need to get in right away due to pain, customers are looking for immediate communication DURING THE POSTED OPERATING HOURS. Collectively, the communication (and lack thereof) for an appointment was about three hours to get information and to actually attend an appointment. From a business stance, this is an extensive amount of time for customers to shop around and take our business elsewhere. I try this location first because the location has lot of shops around, but I am disappointed with the overall communication when they could have received by business by just picking up the phone for three minutes to book me.

Massage was good but if I pay for a full body massage I expect well..a full body massage. My arms and hands were not touched and I was shorted about 10-15minutes on my massage not including the 5minute dress/undress time. My 60 minute massage was 35minutes total...that was last month, so I took my business this month to towngate massage..I cant explain how much BETTER of an experience we had there. They stayed passed their closing time by 20 minutes to make sure we were given our full 90 minute massage. Towngate massage all the way...

My private and confidential information was compromised by one of the desk receptionist and I was given an apology only. I have an active restraining order by my soon to be ex husband, and he came here looking for me and the desk rep told him that I was not there, and that she checked me in earlier in the day because she remembered my appointment was at noon. What the hell Massage Envy!!!!!!! He walked in stating he was my husband, but showed no I'd, and this information was fed to him. What company does this, and allows the employee to still be employed? After my initial call to JoJo the location manager, and then being passed on to Nicole who is a district manager who I talked to today she only could say sorry. I am not safe. My safety has been compromised by massage envy, so now I'm obligated to either stop my membership or go to a different location? They must be ok with this because no complementary massages for my membership and their error were offered by either of these so called managers. I feel that massage is envy thinks this is ok, and it is not and I will make sure that I get the word out about this and also on any additional follow up that I do or don't get after this post. This will be taken higher up. Women are daily being killed by men who are crazy stockers and to know that a business would compromise me like this is unreal in 2020.

This location in particular is so amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I get a lot of massages and sometimes there will be an unsatisfactory massage and I let the front desk know and they took care of it. They are very accommodating. Also I love the therapists here. They are very experienced and I never have any back spasms when I go to this location. Again THIS location only lol. I have been to massage envy locations in Irvine, Tustin, Riverside Central and was never satisfied. One time I had a terrible massage in Irvine Park location and I complained to the front desk, she had a neutral face and said would you like to leave a tip? Why would I want to tip the person responsible for making me WORSE than before?! Never happened at this location though :)
