I had a great experience going in for a 60-minute customized facial at the Aliana location. The place was very clean like a brand new car. Maddie did an awesome job at removing blackheads on my face and performing a routine that felt right for my oily skin. She also did a mini massage on my neck and hands. Maddie was knowledgeable and I like that she was passionate about her craft. I felt pampered and relaxed going through the treatment. It was the best gift to myself!

I showed up as scheduled at 9 am. Therapist was waiting for me outside. Staff never showed to open the salon for us. I left after 30 min in 40 degree weather. Manager would not answer his phone for his staff even when he was supposed to be available. I lost my appointment and my therapist and hour of paid work because of coworkers. Shout out to my therapist for showing up. Shame on his coworker and manager for doing that to him. I spoke with the manager, placating idiot. Never going back. I have been to 3 different ME over the years. They have TERRIBLE front desk customer service and management. My therapists have all been good. If you can stand poor management and intake staff…good luck. Sad for the good therapists that coworkers and management drive customers away.

It’s so bad place and they gave me appointment and when I went there just late 5 minutes they wanted to charge me full price of 60 minutes session. They are thieves!!!

This place is horrible. Not only are they super slow with the process, they also try to scam as much as possible. I got charged an unknown amount which I called them for. Later they told me that they will just charge me the rest of it which is around $12. On the day of my appointment, I go to check my bank and they did a double charge. Massage not worth the money or the hassle.

Had a facial at the Aliana location. Very relaxing. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Kye, my technician, was awesome! She was very personable, skilled, informative and educational about skin care. Will definitely return.

Sinai is a great massuse, I came in to this massage with lower back issues that had been persistent and painful for about a month I communicated this discomfort to Sinai and her massage totally relieved the symptoms and relaxed my back. I highly recommend Sinai to anyone one who needs a good massage.

Yolanda was the best therapist I’ve ever had. She encouraged me for a little deeper massage in places where she knew I needed it. She was very intuitive and knew when it hurt too much. I also have a frozen shoulder and she was so supportive and encouraging with her attempts to help me with it.
