I had the best and most relaxing facial I have ever had with Adriana. She was an utmost professional and it is very obvious that she loves what she is doing. She gave me so much skin advice and helped me pick out some new much needed products for my skincare routine (which was basically non existent before meeting her). Adriana is passionate and she made sure I was comfortable and enjoying the process the entire time I was there. As a mom of two I am not used to relaxing but Adriana made sure that this facial was meant for me to relax! I cannot wait to book my next appointment with her and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an awesome facial. My husband even said my skin looked great and he never notices anything :-). So glad I found Adriana for all my skincare needs!

Love this spot in Norwell!! Jamal was in point with all his pressure points and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him. The staff here is super friendly

Every service I have ever had here has been stellar. Christina gives amazing facials. I go to Jess for massages. The people at the front-desk are always very friendly, helpful and courteous. I recommend this location to anyone!

I love the Massage Envy in Norwell. The Manager is so helpful. They make notes about your availability and will call you to schedule an appointment if someone cancels. I tell everyone I know.

Massage envy norwell is great! The staff are really knowledgable and professional. They have so many services not just massage! Massage, stretch, facials, microderm-infusion, chemical peel and facial waxing! Best to call and book out in advance they do get really busy especially near the holiday. The front desk staff is always super friendly and helpful too!

My first visit to any Massage Envy was today in Norwell. A facial for my birthday. Im a no frills type, so this was a rare treat. Unfortunately the facial specialist called out and my 9am appointment was cancelled - their doors open at 9am - so essentially I found out about the cancellation when I arrived. No one else available and their next availability was 3 days out with the same tech who called out today. Poor first impression. A happy customer tells one person, a dissatisfied one ..... gives a bad review. Disappointing!

Great place for a massage. I have the monthly package and feel it is well worth it. The only thing that I would say is make sure they are super clear on the policies of your package. I booked my massage for a little under a month after I signed up and had to pay for half of it even after asking if it would be considered my monthly massage. Also one time they booked me for an incorrect date. They didn't charge me for same day canceling due to it being a mistake on their part.

I have been here a total of 5 or 6 times. The first few were great but I went back today and most certainly will not be returning. Not only did they raise their prices approximately $20 since I had been there 6 months ago but my massage therapist took me ten minutes late and then ended the massage 5 minutes early making my "60 minute" massage a whopping 45 minutes long. It was not very thorough or what I had asked for. Which I suppose the therapist wouldn't have known since she hardly asked me any questions prior to the session. I was acutely aware of the fact she was running late and hoping to catch up at my expense. Also I have never had a massage therapist completely disappear after the session leaving you to find your own way out. The price hike and the lack of service will guarantee I will not be returning.

Staff is very friendly. I got the massage from mackenzie and Jen, they are best, I had massage from deniell in previous visit, he was great too. overall great experience, I would definitely go back there.

Make sure if you get a gift certificate that you check it's valid before your massage! I got a GC from a friend. Long story short, the Norwell site didn't accept my GC after my massage and treated me like a 2nd class citizen. I went online and complained. Many kudos to Leah Gray, the Regional Manager! She responded within 48 hours (and a Sunday) and I had my refund within 4 business days! National office also responded on FB within 3 days. Thank you Leah!
