Made an appointment due to sciatica and barely being able to walk today. Drove from Elwood to this location 35 minutes from my home. Checked in upon arrival and was told to sit in waiting room my therapist would come get me shortly. 45 mins pass with no sign of my therapist. Apparently she wasn’t in the building and they tried to give me a voucher to sit under some led lights when I paid for an hour of massage… left without any relief or compensation for my wasted time. Do not recommend this place and will not ever schedule another appointment here!

Poor customer service at the front desk. Massage with Valarie was awful - very poor bedside manner, made me VERY uncomfortable. I called the store 4 times this week to discuss with a manager, and I am continually told, "A manager will reach out to you later today." When am I going to receive this call?

Do not go here. Do not sign up for one of their contacts.. they constantly cancel appointments the day before they are scheduled, they tried to say we needed a doctor note to cancel the subscription, and when we asked to have a manager call us no one did. They use shady tactics to keep you on the subscription. It's terrible and shameful.

I’m so glad I found Nikcole. I have chronic neck and back pain and she does a great job focusing on those areas with both massage and gentle stretching.

i really like this facility and the staff is SO nice. But some of the business practices from the corporate side are just silly and not customer friendly. For instance, after accruing quite a few credits from being out of town (and not thinking about freezing my account, my fault), i thought it would be nice to surprise my mom with a massage only to find out there is a $10 charge. It's not a lot of money, but when already paying so much per month it just feels unnecessary and not the kind of energy I would expect from a company based in wellness. I understand that businesses have to put the bottom line first, but this just feels like one of those small customer service moments that has nickle-n-dimed a bad taste in my mouth instead of creating loyalty to keep me coming back.

He is always been great! This time I came in I had 14 free visits left after I got rid of my membership. If for some reason the 14th free visits were taken away and I wasn’t gonna pay $200 for a 90 minute session so I cancel the left. For as long as my daughter was a member and paid for me to attend, and I got all those free visits filled up I think it’s a shame for all the money she paid for these visits to be taken away. As far as the service it has always been great to me. It’s been above standard using him , that’s why it is so hard to get in to see him, because so many patients love him Two months scheduled out at a time.

Jeffrey is an excellent esthetician! He is kind and very good at helping me improve my skin. He also encourages me to try different treatments and I've enjoyed all of the them. I would encourage anyone with skin concerns to reach out to him!!
