I went to Frankie because I was experiencing a lot of sciatica pain tightness in my shoulders and she listened to my concerns and worked on my problem areas aiding in relieving my pain. One can tell even after the first visit, how much she cares and is dedicated to working her clients problematic areas out. Highly recommend her if you are in need of pain and pressure point areas. All of the staff here at this Massage Envy are very professional.

Kia is absolutely in my top 3 of therapists that I have used with Massage Envy in different cities. I see her on average every 4-5 weeks. She's really great at deep pressure. She's a great listener and has helped me tremendously with a problem area in my back. This week she was able to really get into an area between my ribs that my physical therapist was barely able to get to. She never ceases to amaze me! Her schedule fills quickly and there is no one (for me) that can replace my once a month 90 minute sessions. So today, 11/22/24, I've had a great day as Kia did her magic 90 minute massage! Never fails to keep me tuned up. Thanks so much, Kia!!! 1/16/25 There are not enough adjectives to describe my experiences when coming to this Massage Envy in Lexington. Kia is absolutely the best! I initially said she was in my top 3 Massage Therapists, but I will need to change this as she is now MY. TOP. THERAPIST.EVER! I will have her as my therapist, hopefully for a very long time!!! Thank you Massage Envy for bringing her on board!!!

Walked in feeling miserable, walked out feeling great after lots of " knots "got worked out of my neck and back through a firm pressure massage,next few hours felt even better. See Precious she is excellent. Gave me a lot of good recommendations on how to prevent getting that way in the future much more than just a massage , it is a wellness plan and program.
