My experience with Riley fell significantly short of what I expect from a massage professional. She was very abrupt when she came and got me from the waiting room, it felt like she was having a bad day. She asked if there were any areas i wanted specific focus on and i told her my neck and shoulders. The massage started at 2:05 and ended at 2:44pm (39 mins), well short of the 60 min time I booked and paid for. It felt like a cookie cutter basic massage with no extra attention given to my problem areas as requested…it was really frustrating especially since we had at least 11 mins left of time (assuming they factor in for a 50 min massage time - 10 mins to undress/dress). When spending $100 I would expect to at the very least get the time I paid for. The last thing I’ll mention is, at no point did she check in with me during the massage to see how the pressure was or how I was feeling. This has always been standard practice with other therapists I’ve worked with. I unfortunately cannot recommend Massage envy based on my experience.

I had a back facial today with Adriana, wow she's amazing! She's a true professional and really knows what she is doing. Additionally, the Encinitas location staff is very friendly and welcoming! I've been to 2 other Massage Envy locations and the experience/service has unfortunately not been good. Will definitely be coming back to this Encinitas location though, I highly recommend them!

Brenda is an excellent massage therapist! She asks questions and then customizes the massage to your specific needs and body type. She is also a delightful upbeat person. You’ll feel better on all kinds of levels after a session with her!

I’ve now seen Adriana twice, and I can honestly say the experience has been incredible. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and truly attentive to my skin’s needs. My face not only looks amazing but feels rejuvenated after each session. Her expertise shines through in every step of the process, and she creates such a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Michiko is outstanding . Truly the best I have had in many years. Listens to my needs asks if all levels are comfortable. Michiko is expert at finding those kinks and knots and importantly knows how to work them out without pain! I truly admire her outstanding abilities!. Highly recommend her

I called Massage Envy in desperation to get a massage scheduled last minute. I hurt my left hip and needed some relief from the pain. My massage therapist was Brianna who was amazing!! Her massage skills were so good that I fell asleep during the massage. I would definitely go back to Massage Envy to see her again! Brianna helped to lessen my hip pain 😊👏🏻

This is the worst franchise of massage envy with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The massage therapist I have had there were mediocre at best. But mostly they change their policy and do not honor the add on memberships. Your massages are not worth $90 a month plus tip. If you’re looking for a better massage check out La costa massage down the street. Great customer service, better pricing than this massage envy franchise membership pricing and much much better massage. Save yourself money and get a better massage.
