Gordana was amazing! I had a facial from Gordana and she was so careful to address any concerns I had with receiving a facial service due to my sensitive skin. This is the best facial I ever had and hope to get more when I return to this location. My skin looks amazing and I have been getting compliments non stop since returning to work.

Both my husband and i look forward to our massages at Massage Envy in Edgewater! Micheline is my go to person and Maria is his. Both ladies have beautiful personalities, greet us with wonderful smiles and are an absolute pleasure to be around! Most importantly they have the magical hands of an angel and offer the best massages. They’re attentive to areas of concern and often put us to sleep. We are relaxed and can face our week in comfort afterwards. It’s always a pleasure to visit as we are provided the best customer service all around. It’s worth the 35 min drive for us to visit. We are very satisfied customers for over 5 years!!!!!!!!

Terrible customer service, unacceptable rudeness and overpriced mediocre services! Bad formula for business at the Edgewater, NJ location where I used to have a membership! I was very upset with the customer service representative Ashley (I am not sure it's her real name). Trying to use a gift certificate at this location turned out to be a nightmare. She threatened to cancel my appointment if I do not commit to a tip, hung up on me, refused to connect me to a manager, etc. Take your money elsewhere!

Serenity calm And self care all in my 90 minute massage. The 90 minute massages are a little bit more difficult to book but well worth the wait. Ivonne AMAZING
