After hurricanes and sleeping on different beds along with schedule changes for exercise, my back is a mess. I've just had a 2nd massage by "G" and have experienced a lot of relieft from painful muscle spasms. She is very caring, competent and skillful...and I want more!

I went in to Massage Envy because I've been moving, packing boxes etc and it felt like sciatica so I thought a nice massage would help. Johanna was my masseuse, very nice lady. She suggested deep tissue massage with CBD. I agreed. The first few minutes were very good. When she dug her elbow into the very painful areas I screamed. She said " this will make it better". I have never ever had black and blue bruising and pain all over my back side. After 12 days of rest, I am still unable to walk a block before the excruciating pain returns. I spoke with Michele, the manager and also one of the owners who asked me to send another photo which I did on Friday. I asked for a refund to cover my Urgent Care visit, no response. Beware. Do NOT get a deep tissue elbow jab there ever. I think it's all about the money not a single care about their clients this photo is after 12 days. I will inform them should there be any problems with blood clotting or any other reason why I have such pain. Beware.

I switched to this location from the one in Largo. Way better! The staff are professional and kind. I like my therapist! She does a great job! I drive farther just to be able to come to this location. :)

I'm a member and go regularly for massages. Ji Ji is a great deep tissue massage therapist. The facility is clean and reception is friendly.

Michele is awesome, she helped me at the front desk and was so accommodating and friendly at the late hour! And Ji, OMJi......lol she is wonderful therapist; a very talented professional. She is very fluid and unhurried in her practice, and it is very calming.

Arrived 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork as asked. Massage didn't start until 15 minutes after it was supposed to and finished on time. This means I paid $70 for a 45 minute massage. My chiropractor office charges way less. Also massage envy pays their therapists less than half of the $70, leaving the customers to tip. not a business model I want to support.

Had my second massage with Tiffany. She was GREAT both times. My husband also went to her last month and he was very pleased as well. Highly recommend her and everyone at front desk nice also.

I made a 10am Saturday morning facial appointment with Emma of which Massage Envy confirmed. I arrived 10 minutes before the appointment as instructed, completed the paperwork, then waited. 15 minutes after the appointment should have begun, the front desk let me Emma was not there yet and that she would instead stay late so I could come back at 6pm same day to get my service. I agreed to this. At 5pm I call to confirm my appointment before driving back over there yet again, they tell me Emma has left for the day and I have no 6pm appointment… wildly disappointing experience. So glad I called before letting them waste more of my time. If you’re interested in actually having services rendered and some semblance of management- look elsewhere.

I wish there was a way I could give zero stars. My husband has 30 credits available and we now live in the Brandon area. I became a member in order to use those credits but apparently the Clearwater office has different rules than other locations. Other locations allow you to share credits between spouses without transfer fees or limits. Yet Clearwater only lets my husband transfer one credit at a time for a $10 fee. Absolutely ridiculous! And we can’t do a transfer, home location form because Brandon is still in the same region. Be wary about joining this location!

Massage should be a must for quality of life. Since receiving regular massages I feel 15-20 years younger with dexterity, aches and pains, and energy. I will tell you Charles is by far one of the best therapists I have had the pleasure of having. I booked regularly through the end of the year.

You should really consider pricing on your website. I buy egift cards for family in the area and have zero clue if I’m gifting enough to cover a massage.

This place this place wow…. I’m still in shock. On my last appointment I really had to make myself get out of bed upon arrival I called and they said ma’am you canceled your appointment yesterday. And then I said no and they said you gave your appointment to some Meaghan. I replied don’t know her. I need to see the manager ma’am don’t come inside there’s absolutely nothing I can do for you. We will call you. I’m still waiting for that call no manager no let me see what we can do both to get this situation solved. No we can’t see you and we can’t do anything for you wow. I will take this matter further be careful that they don’t do your membership like that, and just give to random ppl.
