Very friendly & professional staff, from first walking in the door. Front desk is knowledgeable & helpful. Very relaxing, therapeutic massage and delightful facials!! Wonderful teas, fresh water, for your needs... as well as the place smells great!!! It really depends on what type of therapy you are needing as far as which massage therapist you should book with.

Cancelled my mom’s Mother’s Day massage 2 hours before her appointment (after confirming multiple times) and offered no other options.

I definitely enjoy the actual massage…my concern is in the fact that I have had 3 separate incidences of communication failure. Today’s example: I show up for my scheduled appointment and I was told that I was not on their schedule. All I get is “sorry, have a nice day”. This is unacceptable in a professional setting. Not only am I a patron, but I have referred others to the Spa (or gifted treatment). I had to ask to be put on a waiting list so that I may be able to get a visit in March with my preferred masseuse…no suggestion of that was even offered. My appointment was made since the last visit in February, yet somehow…. If I wasn’t in actual pain, I would cancel this membership all together and find alternatives. Three is enough!!

I have a member agreement with Massage Envy in Canton, GA for a monthly massage. I pay a monthly fee in return for a service. They consistently do not provide a service but continue to charge my card every month. Every time I show up the massage therapist is not there even though I have received confirmation text messages. At this point I have paid them hundreds of dollars and not received a service. They will not give me my money back. They let you freeze your account but you have to continue to pay a small fee while your account is frozen. I was frustrated about that but I agreed to do it while I try to make up all the sessions that I had accrued, but the therapist continue to not show up. At this point, I have paid them hundreds of dollars and not received a service. If I cancel my membership, they will keep the money and give me nothing. I will have to continue to pay the smaller monthly fee and continue to get no service. No matter what, I pay them and they provide nothing. The only fair option at this point is to give me my money back. When I tell them that, they say that the terms I am asking for are not in the member agreement and that I would be breaking my portion of the member agreement , but it is Massage Envy Canton that is violating the membership agreement by not providing a service while continuing to take my money and refusing to issue a refund. At this point, it’s unethical and fraudulent.

I haven’t had a facial in years, and decided to treat myself. Lauren was fantastic. After an hour I looked years younger and felt so relaxed. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. I will definitely be back.

It was so nice to be able to schedule the same day. I loved my stretch session with John. I had been in the hospital for nearly 3 weeks and hurt so much to move. When I got in my car after, I moved without pain. Nina was wonderful. She's quiet and just let me enjoy the massage. She paid attention to the places I said were especially painful. And the front ends Payson was so helpful in getting things organized. I will be back.
