This place has gone so down hill. Pricing is not accurate. Their website price , brochure price, and what your charged are all different. Did a 90 minute massage booked online saying $105, brochure says additional $35 to your service included with your membership however I was charged $49.05. When I asked about this there was some stuttering, confusion, attitude, and then saying the brochure isn’t updated but it still has the same membership fee of $80. On top of the fees not being accurate the massage was uncomfortable and she was passing gas the entire time. I booked at medium pressure. She said she can only do light or hard (she lists all pressures when you book) Tried to upsell me to do the massage gun because I wanted medium pressure. Just overall not a good experience. I’d avoid this place. Much better places around at the same price in the area that don’t charge different rates than advertised.

I really do not know what to say anymore regarding my experiences overall with this company. First, at this location, the massage I signed up for on 6/11 was for 60 minutes with the appointment starting at 8:00 PM. The massage therapist finds me in the waiting area at 8:11 PM. She begins the actual massage session at 8:14 PM and when the lights turn on, the clock says 8:54 PM. My session was 17 minutes short of what it should of been which was 60 minutes. There's always that excuse that the massage therapist takes a couple of minutes to have a consultation with the client, but that didn't really happen here. My membership costs $91/month which is equivalent to a 1 hour session. I was robbed $15 from the 17 minutes that was not given to me. From this experience, I am pondering canceling the entire membership once I get through the remaining sessions. If the session is advertised as is with the time promised for the service to be given, it should be honored from start to finish with no excuses, delays and early endings. Lastly, the massage therapist seemed like she wanted to end the session right away since I was really sore everywhere and she didn't ask that many typical consultation questions that are normally asked at the start with regards to pressure and parts of the body that need the most attention. Management needs to get this straightened out and corrected so others don't go through this experience with any massage therapist

Receptionist is always not so friendly and masseuses are not professional and lacking knowledge and experience. I have tried Angela, Gabby, Erika, and Will but none of them really understand where the muscle tissues are and the ways in which various muscle groups are connected. Each time, I specify which part of my body is bothering but they don't listen or don't know how to soothe the area. I'm currently trying to cancel my membership but the receptionist said she has no authority to do cancellation process so I have been waiting for the manager to reach out to me.

Colin is excellent and my go to for stretch and massage therapy. He is professional, talented, and he cares. I arrived tense and stiff from an addiction to pickelball. I left feeling stronger, flexible, pain free, and ready to hit the courts. My concern is my next appointment is 2 months away. Going forward I will book 2-3 months in advance so I can have timely massages and and stretches to keep me moving.

Collin is the best. The entire staff is always so on top of it and courteous. I always appreciate all the help when o need recommendations. There isn’t a service I haven’t done here. I suggest a massage with CBD enhancement for lasting relaxation. The facials are also great and equally relaxing.

I had a wonderful experience at Massage Envy in BH. It was my first massage ever and Will made me feel extremely comfortable. They ask consent to touch you which is nice for a woman who may feel uncomfortable in certain situations. The front desk will try to sell you on their membership which I totally understand but it’s not for me. They are more expensive than other places but extremely clean and the ambiance is amazing. I wish I could afford to come back every week for a massage with Will!

My first massage with Dan was absolutely fantastic. He is a very clearly skilled massage therapist with an innate understanding of the human body. He was able to help alleviate pain I had been feeling for months without me even telling him where the pain was. I am always a last minute booked, but as soon as I walked out of my massage I grabbed my next appointment.
