Rude staff stay away. Especially the receptionist.! Got my appointment cancelled right away.! Never gonna go there again. They don’t accept insurance. Don’t waste your time

Tracy did such an amazing job! She was very knowledgable and from a medical standpoint asked all the proper questions considering I haven't seen her in a while. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that is looking for a massage therapist as for your receptionist, my apologies for not remembering her name. The most polite, professional, and courteous receptionist that I have probably ever encountered. Not only why she apologetic on behalf of another massage therapist that unfortunately called in sick the last time we booked an appointment, but she remembered me the last time I was in for that reason I was. It was completely understandable and I was OK with rescheduling. I booked an appointment for my 11-year-old son for mid January and to save time. She gave me all the paperwork to fill out ahead of time and then gave me a business card to send the email to her with all of the info, very professional on her part. She is definitely a keeper. I have been going there for about a year now. I find their RMTs to be very professional. They have helped me work through my muscles stiffness and nerve pain. I greatly appreciate Renjit for helping me by targeting the specific muscles that have caused my sciatica and hip pain for many years. Also, he made room in his schedule for my appointments whenever he could.

I have been going to Massage addict for a couple of months now and it has helped a lot in my back pain and regular lack of healthy lifestyle and sitting posture. Renjit has helped a lot in my relaxations and deep tissue treatments when needed and I feel a lot better after every session.

The massage therapist listened to me when I told them my pain points. Checked to make sure the pressure wasn't too much. Took a bit extra time on spots that were high tension. Was very polite and considerate and asked permission to start.

Dr.Shin has been amazing for chiropractic care. He is very thorough and was able to really help with my lower back pain and other issues. He is very willing to share his knowledge and explain what his plan is to make corrections. He is very professional and I highly recommend his services. Recently we also had massage from Emily and she was very good. We did have a problem with billing, initially it was not handled well, and ended up causing extra work and headache for me. But after I contacted the office through email they helped me resolve the issue in a reasonable manner. They were able to explain exactly what the issue was, and give me steps to take towards a solution. They were very professional and kind in their communication.

I went there today for the first time. My RMT Emily was great. She did a great job to relax my tensed muscles. Also gave me few exercises to do, to improve the stiffness. The atmosphere was great and the staff was friendly. Highly recommended!

I literally had the best massage EVER from Charles today! I worked 13 days in a row & I was feeling so much tension in my neck, shoulders & back for days and he took care of everything I needed & more! I felt so relaxed during the massage & I feel so relaxed even afterwards so I will definitely be back! I’ve been to so many different massage places & professionals but Charles is one of the best massage professional I’ve ever had! He’s super friendly & kind! He actually gave me a few exercise tips I need in order to strengthen my back since I have a hunch. I ended up asking his opinion regarding back issues and he gave me his best advice! Thanks so much Charles!! I’ll definitely be back !

Lori is very knowledgeable and has created a treatment plan to keep my muscles relaxed for longer so I don't develop tense muscles, which then manifest in other ways throughout my body. She is kind, caring, and compassionate. If you are looking for a great deep tissue massage, she is your girl.
