Ellie did an awesome job on my body massage!! I would highly recommend!! She took the time to ask me where I wanted her to concentrate. My facial was also awesome. It put me to sleep.

Omg, I had the best experience ever, here at Mary Lynn's! My hubby got me the 3 hour massage and facial with strawberries and a mimosa at the end!!!!! I believe my masseuse name was Ticia, she was so good! I highly recommend this place!!!!! Thank you for the amazing service!!!

“I originally gave a 5-star review because I was very pleased with my massage and interaction. (This was only my second massage ever, so I don’t have much to compare it to.) Despite a mix-up with the time—I was initially told 9:30, but after a card issue and a follow-up call, it was changed to 11—I received a confirmation text, and everything was sorted out. They managed to accommodate both my massage and facial, and the services themselves were excellent. However, after discussing a serum I purchased with a friend, I realized I misunderstood the price. I thought it was $35 for all 3, but it turned out to be $105 for three bottles. While I take responsibility for not double-checking, I later discovered that the same product is sold on Amazon for just $15 for all three bottles. The markup was shocking and left me feeling disappointed. The service itself was great, but I would recommend doing some research on products before purchasing them directly. Lesson learned on my part, but I think transparency about pricing would be appreciated

Teresa was my amazing therapist who also gave me an amazing facial and foot and scrub. Best money and 3 hours I’ve ever spent. Jackie greeted me at check in and Check out with a friendly smile and positive demeanor. I will 100000%%%% be back Teresa rocked it. I wish I could take her home lol!!!

Decided to finally treat myself after going months without a massage and this wasn’t it. Someone said that their massage felt like a child playing on them and that was probably the best way to describe it. She left twice during the massage to go answer the phone and talk to someone that came in. It’s really not her fault because she was the only one there, but It just kept taking me out of the experience. When we got to the facial, she was putting stuff on my face without any explanation of what ingredients are actually in these things and it all just smelled like straight chemicals. I literally went home and jumped straight in the shower because of how gross it felt/smelled and sure enough, I started breaking out. Within the first 30 minutes, I was already dreading spending the next 2 1/2 hours on that table. When I got up, I was in more pain than when I even showed up. For almost being $200, you’d expect to at least have a decent experience, but instead, I just left in more pain and a break out. If you have the Groupon, try to get a refund because it’s not worth it. Update: received a voicemail from Mary Lynn where she apologized for my experience and offered another massage from her personally. I thought that was a sweet gesture… until she said that she looked up my LMT and usually people like her so she doesn’t know what went wrong. Im not sure why you would feel the need to bring that up twice in a voicemail unless you’re trying to make it seem that what I shared was invalid. As a licensed massage therapist myself, this is concerning because she did go on my spine multiple times with her forearm. Then proceeded to say that maybe she was having a bad day and she doesn’t know why she left the room. If your business is under staffed, you should know exactly why she left that room. This poor woman was doing the job of 3 people (the front desk, the cosmetologist, and the massage therapist). it honestly wouldn’t surprise me if she was having a bad day. all that stress shouldn’t fall on one employee. Then at the end of the voicemail, she basically wanted me to take the review down until we could talk further. So.. basically you’re just trying to bribe me to take down my review. I’ve never had a business call me to tell me to take down my review. if this call had good intentions, I totally would’ve changed my review, but it didn’t. at this point, I’m just over it with this business. Total waste of time, money, and energy.

I was visiting from Wisconsin and had booked a massage, facial, foot/hand scrub spa morning. Everything was AMAZING! I felt so relaxed after what I would probably consider the best massage I’ve ever gotten! I would come back just for this!!

Mary Lynn did our massages and her assistants did our facials and scrubs. We had the best time and felt super refreshed! Our skin was glowing for the rest of the day! Highly recommend for a girls day--lots of other beauty options as well. Thank you ladies!

Was super excited going into this cause I saw a great deal on Groupon and wanted to have a relaxing girls day with my girlfriends. The spa day package included a 90 min massage, a 30 min facial, and 30 min foot/hand scrub. The ladies giving our massages felt like children not knowing how to give a massage. The entire massage experience in actuality was about 45-60 mins as they spent quite a bit of our time going to get the facial equipment and setting it up. While setting up the facial equipment they bumped into our beds multiple times. When we got to the facial we went with what was included in the package which included exfoliant, extraction, face massage and hydration mask. They cleansed our face with cleanser and the applied the exfoliant but they did not do any extraction. The face massage took nothing more than a few mins and I spend the next 30 mins with the “hydrating” mask on my face and that was my facial. During those 30 mins with the mask on our face, they gave us hands and foot sugar scrub which was alight if wasn’t for the fact that it still didn’t feel like a massage due the lack of pressure. Again we were really looking forward to this due to the great deal but in the end, it ended up being a real disappointment and felt like a waste of time and money

I've been receiving mineral weight loss wraps and cavitation cellulite reduction at Mary Lynn's Massage & Day Spa in Mesa the past couple weeks. These treatments have really helped my poor circulation, sluggish lymph system, and overall body toning. Even my arthritis pain has been relieved a great deal. Mary Lynn and her spa is absolutely a beautiful breath of fresh air. She’s a nurse, massage therapist, and esthetician with a heart of gold. I came in feeling very run down and a bit like a wounded bird but after a massage, facial and relaxing reiki energy session all in the same day, I feel lighter, happier, and refreshed. She smart, intuitive, kind, caring, and compassionate. I really recommend trying all her services. The decor is impeccable. The hug and mimosa in the relaxion room at the end was a chef’s kiss. You can tell she’s put her heart and soul into her business and her clients. I loved and appreciated everything she and her spa had to offer me and the community of Mesa. Oh, if you’re closer to Scottsdale, she has a location there too. I highly recommend! Enjoy!!!!
