I had a cut and style with Patrick and he nailed what I wanted! I asked for Sabrina Carpenter bangs with a wolf cut and he delivered. I would definitely recommend booking with him as he’s super personable yet focused on the work he’s doing. He took multiple things into consideration - like my short hair that I want to grow out and my curly hair that I blow out regularly because that can impact the style and look I was going for. He also made sure to talk out what he was going to do beforehand which I appreciated!

Stylist didn’t know how to cut straight hair and it ended up looking horrible. I told him it looked choppy and asked to fix it and he just blow dried it to try to make it look better. I am so upset with how my hair turned out and now I have to wait until it grows out to fix it. Never again

Michelle is a great hair stylist I love coming to her salon the environment is always clean and I’m always welcomed with a warm smile. She is great with communication and can achieve great looks. Her fellow hair stylists in the salon are always kind as well. Great place to get your hair done!!

I first came here for a consultation for a pink balayage, and then returned for my actual appointment. Due to a scheduling miscommunication with the stylist with whom I had originally booked, Michelle, the owner, offered to do my balayage (with some help from another stylist, Ashley). She did such an amazing job!!! I've been getting some variation of pink balayages/highlights done for the past 6 years, and I've never been this happy with the result. On top of the excellent job she did on my hair, Michelle even bought me some hair dye and masks so I could revive my color at home as a consolation for the scheduling issue that was not even her fault--truly a class act. She also provided so much useful information while she worked on my hair! You can tell she cares deeply about her craft. This is a salon I would have overlooked when booking a balayage, as I fall victim to wanting to go to "trendy" places, thinking higher prices equate to a better job done. Well, consider me converted, because this was honestly one of the best experiences I've had at a salon in my adult life.

As someone who used to box dye my hair a new color every time I needed change in my life, Michelle’s advice and services have saved me from ruining my hair myself. I appreciate the work she does and the confidence I feel every time I leave her chair. Definitely pay her a visit! I’ve been going to see Michelle since covid and she has helped me with my hair through so many phases so far! I always leave her chair feeling like a million bucks. I’m a natural brunette and I like to switch my hair up at least annually to shake things up, but doing it myself came with so much damage. I first came to Michelle with a grown out botched bob with bangs I cut myself with kitchen scissors then box-bleached a money piece into during the first week of lockdown (YIKES) and since then she’s taken me through some of my favorite hair styles ever! So far we’ve done silver money pieces in the front, a ginger/cinnamon spice look, and now I’ve got a beautiful chocolate brown wolf cut that looks so good in the sun. I went yesterday for a hair transformation basically (my hair was in really bad shape!) with Patrick. Patrick did an amazing job!! I’ve had my hair done a few times since living in the Boston area and Patrick really gave care and focus to my hair, resulting in the best hair color I’ve had since living here! Environment was comforting for someone who can get nervous at a salon. Recommend highly, the other staff also seemed cool

Ashley Mc has been my stylist for 13 years. I have followed her to each salon throughout her career and have always been thrilled with my cut, color, styling, and keratin /brazilian blowouts. She is professional, fun, quick, and incredibly talented and I can't recommend her enough. With Ashley, I have been, curly, straight, brunette, blonde, and various shades of highlight, lowlight, and balayage in between. I have never been let down! Please run, don’t walk, to this talented artist. She is worth every penny.

Ashley is awesome! She has over 18 years of experience. I had a super long hair that needed a haircut and a style desperately. I've always been afraid of cutting my hair because i always end up regretting it, But Ashley gave me long layers that kept most of the length and my hair is now so healthy and shiny and easier to brush and take care of! 100% will be back in her chair. She's also really down to earth and easy to talk to and i felt super relaxed and comfortable with her. Thank you Ashley! 😊

Michelle is great and really goes out of her way to provide good customer service. In the past I've had difficulty finding someone who really knew how to cut and treat curIy/wavy hair and she's the real deal. I also bought some products from her that she recommended and my hair looks great! It's not your typical high end salon but you get fantastic treatment. I've only been a few times but I always look forward to going back.

This place had great reviews but I’ve never paid $75 and then had to go home and cut off the pieces the hair stylist missed before. I cut off one larger before it occurred to me to take this photo of the missed strands. The hair was visibly uneven after cutting as well and I had to ask for more to be cut. My hair is wavy and also very fine and so much product was put in it that it came out stringy and weighed down, had to wash again before going anywhere.

Brushed hair from top down, didn’t do a test strand, washed out dye and bleach (which I didn’t ask for), toned it, then went over wet hair with dye AGAIN, put toner in again, and didn’t explain any of this before or give me a chance stop it Sis had no idea what she was doing.

Completely blown away by the service I received! Eliza was so attentive and made sure my hair was perfect before I left! I had a very grown out balayage and wanted to do something different, so she took the time to look at reference photos, discuss the process, and ensure we both had the same vision for the end results! Everyone in the salon was extremely kind and knowledgeable for any questions I asked. So excited to show of my new color and cut at graduation!

Michelle and her staff are AMAZING stylists. They are educated, professional, and calming for those of us who get a bit anxious whenever someone is touching there hair! I have severe allergies to products and need special attention when getting my hair done. Michelle has worked with me for over a year and makes me feel extremely comfortable every time I come in. She ensures she has the products I need to use in order to be safe and keep my hair healthy. I am a platinum blonde and my hair is stunning every time I leave the salon. My blonde hair even looks great after a weeks when it starts to grow out! Customers needs and requests are always met and at the front of Michelles business. Michelle also does my hair extensions, which are flawless and natural. Her and her staff have done my hair for weddings and wedding parties which came out amazing! I started going to this salon because my friend Eliza started working here, and i don’t think I’ll be able to go anywhere else. I will only trust this salon, and especially Eliza, with my hair. They always exceed my expectations and make my hair the best it’s ever been. I also decided to get eyelash extensions and went to Brianna and she does an amazing job and really takes her time. This salon is truly the best and they are so beyond nice. They always check in and make sure everyone is comfortable and happy.

Michelle is the best! I started going to her about two years ago when I moved to Somerville from NYC. I was nervous about finding someone new to take care of my very thick, platinum hair. Michelle listened to exactly what I wanted and explained exactly how processing worked to me. She took her time and my hair came out perfect. Over the years, I've transitioned to a more natural blonde and Michelle has always been accommodating. My hair has never looked healthier! I'm even getting my curls back which were gone when I was platinum. Aside from giving me beautiful hair, her prices are extremely fair. I also love going to the salon. It's so cute and unique and I always have fun going. Michelle treats her clients as friends and her wonderful personality and great talent shine through her work. Highly recommend!

This was the best experience I’ve ever had in a salon in my life. Michelle and Eliza really took care of my hair and got it to the color I’ve always wanted while maintaining healthy hair. Not only are they amazing at hair but they are very kind and Eliza even helped me add time to my parking meter on the next street so I would get a ticket. They were always checking in as well to make sure I was doing well, they seem to not only love what they do but they also really care about their clients. They were also very easy to talk to and personable. Michelle really goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and take care of your hair. She has such a kind soul and is crazy good at what she does. I highly recommend this salon.
