In March 2024 I became a customer of Rachel's @ Marigold. My experience every 5 weeks had been a positive one. My fiance and I always liked the way my color/highlights looked. Then in October last month Rachel made a mistake and left bleach on my hair for too long, she did fix it, but charged me for it. She also charged me $15 to trim my bangs. Reputable salons do not charge to trim bangs when getting color/highlights. Rachel then got mad because I asked her for a breakdown of the cost for my records. She made it clear she does not like to be questioned on her work even though it's your hair and your money.

had an appointment to get my hair done with my stylist, when i went in for my appointment i was told by some redhead girl that they’d let my stylist know i was there and to have a seat. my appointment was at 9:30 and for half an hour the girls checked in with me saying that my stylist would be right with me and she was finishing up, after half an hour of sitting there i got a text from my stylist saying that she wasn’t even in for the day. i’ve gotten my hair done maybe 4 times at this salon and not once have i ever sat down with my stylist within 20 minutes of my appointment time. this time was just ridiculous!!!!!!! i understand occasional schedule mix ups HOWEVER it’s disrespectful to someone’s time to lie and say they’ve checked in with the stylist and they’d be with me shortly. my stylist was the one to text and let me know she wasn’t in today which means the girls checking in with me probably texted/called her KNOWING she wasn’t in and still told me she’d be with me shortly. when i know i have a hair appointment and i know it’s going to take my time i purposely schedule my day around it, very disrespectful to my time how they handled that. if you want a salon that’s organized and respects your time as a client don’t go there i would’ve been okay if the girls just told me she wasn’t in today and there was a mix up. what’s even more frustrating is when i contacted the salon about this experience i was ignored and not followed up about the unprofessionalism i experienced, i have reached out/DM'd them in the past and had no issues with contacting them don’t go there, they’re rude and won’t answer u if you have a bad experience

I absolutely love Savannah! I trust her with my life, she is so good at what she does. The salon is always a super welcoming and comforting atmosphere. I truly love going to get my hair done at Marigold◡̈

I have been coming to marigold for about 8 years now and couldn’t be happier! The salon is beautiful, the stylist are all amazing and so sweet. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

I have been going to Marigold salon for 4 years and the experience has been amazing! The staff is always so friendly, the salon has super inviting decor, and my hair always looks fabulous. All of the stylists are amazing. Totally recommend this place!

Love this salon! Not only is it beautiful, but all of the stylists have seemed very kind and happy to be there. I go to Haylee for my appointments, but all of the other girls seem talented as well. They also have a good selection of free little snacks, which I loved when I was pregnant. (Sorry for grabbing 4 packs of fruit snacks that one time) Highly recommend!

I've been looking for a new salon and asked a friend for a recommendation and she told me Kelsey at Marigold Salon was who she trusted. So last week I booked an appointment and got my first haircut by Kelsey. Man am I impressed! Kelsey did a wonderful job on my cut and was very friendly and personable. I very much enjoyed our time together and will definitely be back! If you're looking for a great cut and a knowledgeable stylist, Kelsey is your girl!

Marigold Salon has a relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, great service and is clean and well decorated. I have seen Rysa and she is a talented professional. I love how she takes her time doing my color and my hair looks and feels healthier. I will be a returning customer.

Had an appointment today at 4:45pm I live in Santan valley which is a 50 min drive to get to this place when I arrived, the person I had the appointment with tells me she didn’t add me in the schedule after she had confirm previously in early days that she added me and confirm appointment. So I wasted my time and gas. If your looking for a responsable place of business this is not it!

Had an appointment with Ataya. Not only was she ready for me when I got there, she was super friendly and talkative. Had a very sweet and welcoming personality. She did such an amazing job on my hair I would recommend her to anybody! Everybody in the salon was super friendly and professional, totally loved the whole vibe and I love that place! I will for sure be returning. Ataya! You are amazing!

Rachel is the best. A master stylist who is AMAZING with both men and women. She made my girl look out of this world. She did a cut color and style. My girl was gorgeous before Rachel... Now she is drop dead gorgeous!

I have been going to this salon for over 2 years and the changes over the past couple month are so amazing. I love all the girls, everyone is so nice and fun. You won't be disappointed when you leave, they know how to do blondes and I've seen so many good blonde to brunette transformations! Love this salon!

I loved the way my hair was lightened and styled at this salon and came away happy. However, as a health care worker and student, this salon could do a better job with wearing masks, especially above the nose.

Marigold is the best! I’ve been going to Rysa for years and she always gives me exactly what I’m looking for. They recently remodeled and their new shampoo bowls are HEAVEN. No awkward neck pain, just relaxation. Everyone is so nice and it always feels like a treat yo’ self kind of day at marigold. 🙂
