I went in to Maria’s for a lash lift/tint and a facial. Both were EXCEPTIONAL services! This was my first time getting either done, and it could not have been a better experience. Maria was so kind, talking me through the process, and I could really see the results. She truly cares about her clients. I will not be going anywhere else but her gorgeous spa.

Maria is very friendly, professional, and thorough. Had a teen facial, lash lift and tint on my daughter. She did a great job. One side was being stubborn, so Maria repeated the process to make sure both sides of lashes were even and that we were happy. I appreciate the extra effort. We’ll be back!

This was my first time at Maria's. I was EXTREMELY impressed with the friendly and professional experience. The office was so welcoming, clean and decorated professionally. Many great products available to purchase. Now we get to the best part - I went there as a stranger and left feeling I had just gained a lifelong friend! I found Maria's Spa while looking for a place to get a brazilian wax(my first), and it was the best choice! The location was perfect and the spa was beautiful and comfortable. I was provided with after care instructions and also decided to get my eyebrows waxed. She does a great job and I already have my next appointment scheduled. Glad to have found my go-to place!

I found the spa I was searching for in Cedar Rapids. The service was very good, nothing was rushed compared to other places I have been. Prices are very affordable and the results are incredible. Maria made me feel very welcome. The place is also great, I will be back for sure.

To be honest I had never even heard of Maria's Spa!!! She has been at this location for 5 years. I have been missing out! I received a facial and it was one of the best I have had in Cedar Rapids. I felt welcomed and offered a beverage and she visited with me about my skin and what she was going to do during my visit. I had never had a mask that turns into silicon! It was amazing. She did not try to "push" her products but offered some suggestions and samples. Seriously will be back! She is adding a brow/lash consultant and has a massage therapist as well. Prices are reasonable and has a hydro facial I will do on my next visit. Worth the visit.

I want to start by saying I’m new to Iowa and have no idea where to go for body care needs. I started at another spa and I had such a horrible experience. I went in for a Brazilian, full leg wax and under arms. They couldn’t remove any hair and gave up said I needed to come back for another session and charged me even though they didn’t even try my legs they still charged. I called Maria and she got me right in for a full leg wax. One swift motion and the hair was removed. Didn’t hurt a bit and was very caring about my situation she also did a brow wax and tint noticed my skin was quite red which was from another spa from last week that botched my facial and looked like I had a chemical burn. She took the time and gave me a complementary mini facial to diminish the redness. I’m getting married in 5 days and she took amazing care of me and was so sympathetic and considerate about my situation. I will be going back for my body care needs from here on. Thank you Maria!!

Maria is very particular about her work; she doesn’t rush to get the service completed. I can easily tell that she takes great pride in doing a good job. She makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed, and she communicates very well so you know what to expect. I will definitely continue seeing Maria!

Maria is amazing and very caring of her clients. As a male, going into a spa can be a bit uncomfortable and intimidating, but Maria makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. She is very detailed and explains the procedures in great detail so there are no surprises. Gentlemen, I totally recommend Maria's Spa and Beauty for all my personal needs.
