THIS IS THE BEST SALON HANDS DOWN! I walked in the young lady greeted me asked if I wanted a beverage her service was very quick for my high light. After she was done I was over satisfied with the results. If you need hair cuts, highlights etc, come to Marcos you will be satisfied!

Happy I went here. Clean, relaxed and overall a fantastic environment with an array of products for every hair need or style, definitely impressed. Recievced an excellent and stylish haircut as well as a smooth shampoo/conditioning. Amy is super kind, personable and exceptional with attention to detail 👍.

Wonderful experience having my hair colored and a conditioning treatment. Amy is exceptional at color theory and working with naturally curly hair. This was my first visit at the salon and Amy and staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. She listened to my needs and is well versed in products for my type of hair. The salon is a fun and upbeat place with a great selection of services and hair products . I love my hair!!

I am over the Moon HAPPY!!! Just moved here from Texas and was worried about finding someone to cut my hair. My favorite hairstylist retired and moved off to Florida years ago. I haven't been able to find someone to cut my hair the way I want since. I just knew I was starting the process over with my move to Grand Rapids, but FIRST TRY I FOUND AMY!!!! I will be back time and time again! THANK YOU AMY!!!!

Shay is FABULOUS!! I have very long blonde/brown thick and naturally curly hair. I am extremely picky and a difficult customer to please. I have so much hair that I'm usually in the salon for at least 4-5 hours getting my hair fooled with highlights and lowlights. Have had the same look and style over 20 years. At 51 years old, Shay convinced me to change my style, cut and even my color. I had faith in her even though she'd never done my hair, her confidence won my vote. I am so glad I listened and let her put her artistic touch to my hair. Nothing but FIVE STARS for her magical artistry!!

Been going here for years. The place is well kept, the staff are reasonably kind. Rochelle is my favorite stylist there; she's personable, kind, and listens to your preferences. She gets a 5/5, the place overall is a 4/5 for me because of the price and location.

My daughters and I love this place. Shea does really nice work with color and cut. Update: I was curious about how fast my my hair came up with the solution she used. Now I realize that it was too harsh and now my hair is breaking off all over the place. It also turn brassy after a couple weeks. I left Shea a message and she never called me back. When she gave my teenage girls a haircut, she didn’t wet it first. The haircut was uneven and had long hairs that were missed. They can’t straighten their hair because it looks butchered.

I had really high hopes for this Salon. When I arrived early they sat me down right away, learned what I wanted, and was extremely kind. I showed them the picture I wanted as reference, a red color with bright purple highlights. After 3.5 hours sitting in the chair I asked about the price. They said the cut I got (a trim for dead ends) was going to be $30 and the highlights start at $65. Somehow, after the end it ended up costing over $200, which they said was because my hair was so thick. In the end it looked NOTHING like the picture. Instead of doing red base color they did red highlights and purple highlights. The base color stayed the same as what I already had. The purple highlights came out so dark they are nearly black. The red does not blend at all. From afar, yes it looks alright, up close? Looks like someone took markers to my hair and called it good. I am absolutely livid I paid $200 for this. As nice as the service was, I'd be better off doing box color myself.

I have been to other places that cuts my hair and my daughters as well as my son and these people go out of their way to please you to make sure that you're walking out of there with a quality hair that you want and at a reasonable price. What more could you ask for. They are kind and respectful .

I love Marco's. The girls that work there are very friendly and professional . I have been getting my hair done by Rochelle for over 3 years now and it has never looked so good ! I would highly recommend Marco's !
