Yesterday I went to get a pedicure and a new set of acrylic nails and Nancy decided that the best thing to do was to just do a fill in according to her. I showed her the picture of how I wanted my nails and the color and she ended up giving me a different color than what I asked for. I asked her several times if she could do my nails like the picture I showed her and she said yes… I’m not happy with the result…. But they still charged me as if I had just gotten a new set of nails done. I’m very disappointed. I want to think that maybe they were stressed out about the incident they had with a client or because they had other people and it was just the two of them.
