Maybe today was an off day but our experience was not great. We were hoping for a nice relaxing time and did not get that at all. The nail techs were yelling at each other the entire time. Plus several of my nails are crooked and already cracking. My cuticles look terrible and have extra peoduct left on them. They dont include skin buffing as part of their standard pedicure so halfway through a cold foot soak that informed me that if I wanted that it would be an up charge. I wanted to get designs on my nails but it was taking so long to try to fix my still crooked tips that I just gave up and just asked for a clear coat. $200 later and they still look terrible.

Sue is great then again the entire staff is friendly. The environment is clean and appt is always on time. Once again Sue put me back together. Wonderful I!!!

This was my 1st visit but definitely not my last! I was nervous about trying a new place but wanted something closer to home. So glad I gave them a shot! Got a gel pedi with Ruby and I loved it. She doesn’t know we’re about to be good friends! Clean, friendly, and neat.

Me and my boyfriend came in to get pedicures and were seated right away. Very friendly workers. My gel color looks great. I got the Pedi Box for $45 while my boyfriend got the basic for $35. Highly recommend this place.

First time visit. One of the worst manicures I've had. Nails were not filed evenly, asked for oval shape, some were others weren't. Manicurest was on phone most of the time. Used to having nails dried under the light, but first time ever, air dried. I do not recommend this salon

My daughter and I finally found our place !!! Our favorites are Crystal and Chi !!! They do an Amazing job ... our nails always look great and last ! No lifting !!

No to happy. Just got done not even a week ago and they are coming up on the back and starting to come up around the tip of my nail. And my daughter got hers done and when they got done they looked like they had already grown out for 2 weeks

We have been going here for 2 years. They do quality work and are excellent! Family oriented and friendly. They have a variety of services available. Cant say enough about Ben, Chi, and everyone at Mani Pedi Simpsonville! You will be delighted. Support local businesses!

I came here due to being recommended by a friend and that was my last time, the staff got us in a decent time, the were nice just didn’t like the pedicure, it definitely could have been done better, my nail was cut to much and my daughter was cut on her toe so that’s a no for a return visit

I went to get a pedicure about an hour and a half before they closed. I asked if they had time to fit me in. They said yes. My pedicure was started promptly. But lasted maybe 15 mins. It was extremely rushed. The leg massage was non-existent. When I got home even my husband was confused why I was home so soon. Only reason I gave two starts was because the nail painting was okay. I paid for the deluxe pedicure. Very disappointed

I’ve been to mani pedi salon several times. I went last week and we were able to get in right away with no wait. I asked for a manicure and picked out a dip Color. I also brought my two daughters and they got their finger nails painted with regular polish. The nail tech didn’t do anything but trim my cuticles, didn’t even cut my nails to make them even, only asked if I wanted tips put on them which would cost more. At check out my bill was $86!!!!!!! RIDICULOUS… two finger nails painted and a dip… hasn’t even been a week and the dip is cracked everywhere. Not good quality!

Love this salon, everything one is so nice and I always walk out with great looking nails. Get compliments on my nails all the time only have the gals and guys at Mani Pedi to thank for that!
