"Disastrous Experience" I came in for a simple trim and left with a haircut that looks like it was done by a toddler. The stylist had no idea what they were doing, and my hair is now uneven and frizzy. I wouldn’t trust them with a pair of scissors again. "Worst Salon Ever" I asked for a balayage, and what I got was a patchy, uneven mess that looks nothing like the picture I showed. They clearly didn’t listen to my request, and now I’m stuck with hair that’s too damaged to fix. "Never Going Back" I don’t know what went wrong, but I left with hair so fried it felt like straw. The stylist used products that made my hair worse, and the cut was nothing like I asked for. I’ll never return to this place. "Regret it Big Time" I went in for a basic color refresh and came out with my hair a completely different color—brassy and uneven. The stylist didn’t seem to care, and I had to go to another salon to fix their mess. "Completely Unprofessional" I had high hopes, but this salon failed in every way possible. My haircut was rushed, the stylist ignored my preferences, and the result was uneven and sloppy. Total waste of money. "Horrible Service, Horrible Hair" I should’ve trusted my gut when the stylist seemed disinterested in what I wanted. My hair is uneven, over-processed, and completely ruined. I’m so frustrated and disappointed with this salon. "Waste of Money and Time" I left with an absolute disaster on my head. My hair is too short, too uneven, and the color is awful. The stylist didn’t even seem to care about fixing the mistakes they made. "Ruined My Hair" I went in for a trim, and now my hair is in worse condition than before. The stylist cut off way too much and made it look choppy. This salon is definitely not worth the price. "Avoid This Salon" The worst haircut I’ve ever had. I asked for a layered cut, and instead, I got uneven chunks that don’t blend at all. The staff was also rude and dismissive when I pointed it out. I’m never coming back. "Disappointed Beyond Words" I asked for a specific color and came out with something completely different and much darker. It’s patchy, uneven, and just awful. I’m so upset, and I regret trusting this place with my hair.
