I have been to MANA for two different services. I booked a massage with Robin, who gave me the best massage of my life. I loved the salon so much I decided to book a hair appointment there, Emma Jean who was amazing and whom will now be my go-to person! She fixed my hair after having an uneven cut. My color stayed weeks longer than any salon I've been to previously. Highly recommend MANA !

Came here for the first time looking for a subtle color to add dimension to my hair. EJ was absolutely amazing -- loved my cut and the color is exactly what I had in mind. She was so thoughtful, and you can tell she (and all the other stylists there) put so much intention and expertise into what they do. I can't wait to come back.

Emma Jean is hands-down the most amazing stylist who ever touched my hair. She rescued me from a devastating hair journey after a former salon destroyed my super long, thick hair… to put it softly. It was so bad that I couldn’t find a stylist who would touch it. Not only did EJ nurse my hair back to health (She is genius knowledgeable) but she showed me so much empathy and kindness…. (if you know her, you know what I’m talking about!) She’s a gem and the kind of stylist you keep for life!

I went in to see Emma Jean for a fun vibrant color. Upon walking into the salon, I got a super warm welcome from their receptionist Freddie. I loved the bright open vibes of salon. All of the employees were very nice! Emma did a great job helping me to pick the perfect shade of baby pink to color my hair with. She touched up some highlights and then applied the color. My favorite part was the scalp massage while she washed my hair. My experience was a 10/10 from start to finish. Highly recommend Emma for any and all of your hair needs!! I will be coming back to her in the future.

Visited this salon from out of town wish I had found it sooner to book a spa treatment, from the moment you walk in there's a sense of peace and tranquility. Was a bit difficult to GPS but I found it! I got a head scalp treatment and blow dry i have never had a clean scalp like this Emajeen took her time and asked my concerns and evaluated the products I needed it was beyond personalized i would highly recommend it, i just wish this salon was near me!!!def 10/10

I chose Mana salon for a healthy choice for color and spa options and after 2 years I am so glad I did! My time there is relaxing and pure enjoyment. The staff is always helpful making appointments and I Love my stylist aka color specialist - Sadie and highly recommend everyone at the salon and spa!

I go to Mana for a monthly facial. Christina is the best! She is such a nice person and does a fantastic job each time. She does a great job of addressing any skin concerns each time and I always get compliments on my skin after my treatments. I genuinely look forward to my visits each month!!

This place is beautiful, the stylists are so knowledgeable, and every staff member is so kind and caring! I go to Emma for my cuts. Every time I’ve gone to her she has done such a thorough job before the cut even begins with a consultation. She figured out what I want, what my lifestyle is, and asks and examines my hair type to give me the hair of my dreams! She is ridiculously talented and so fun to chat with. Love this place and Emma!

We had the very best experience, it was a highlight of our whole Nashville trip, and what we talk about most since our return! We had a group of 6 gals who did the grounding foot soak and scrub with massage… and I cannot speak highly enough of this service. It was the ultimate relaxation experience, and I felt transformed after a week of Nashville partying. They know their stuff, and more! We also had a human design reading done, as a group of 6, and that was so fun, and so informative. It’s so fun to hear how you were designed and everyone nods their heads in agreement as they’re hearing it all, haha. She then coaches you on the best ways to use your gifts you’re born with. Amazing! And lastly, half of our group had blow outs, with scalp treatments. That was so awesome! It felt great and it was so nice to have our hair blown out after all the humidity we had seen! We had a new do for the next 3 days after that. And the scalp massage felt so good. I can’t say enough about the services, the people who work there, the whole vibe of the place, and the level of expertise. Absolutely perfect.

I recently had an integrative Massage/ Reiki/ Energy work session with Carissa at MANA and it was the most ethereal, out of body experience I have had in a while. Before the session, I was feeling vulnerable and empty and when I left MANA I was feeling a new sense of love for myself, and I felt my own energy was back. Carissa was absolutely amazing and made me feel extremely comfortable being vulnerable. I loved the massage portion of our session but when she started her Reiki and energy work I realized just how badly I was in need of it. I HIGHLY recommend seeing her.
