I went to go get a haircut and it was the worst experience. The man who cut my hair was on the phone while I was trying to explain to him what kind of haircut I wanted. He gave me layers when I didn’t ask for them,He left my hair crooked and on top of all that I had a v shape in my hair and now it’s messed up and just looks ugly. I went back to get my money and the business owner Luisa was very disrespectful and rude, Her tone was just aggressive. She kept trying to convince me the haircut wasn’t bad when I can visibly see how bad it is. When I asked to get my full refund back which would be the cost of the haircut plus the tip she got upset and said she can only refund me for the haircut because she’s not responsible for the tip. The man who cut my hair actually ended up giving me back the tip I left. I will never be coming back here.

Some of the people who work here are so unprofessional and rude. They’re on their phone while working and make rude comments don’t go here

First time customer and was referred to Luisa. I absolutely fell in love with myself again! Luisa made sure our conversation at the beginning was thorough to fully capture all the details of what I wanted my hair to look like. She talked me through every step of what she was doing so I knew exactly what was going on and felt comfortable and confident at all times. I loved her work and I will keep coming back to her now!

I went in for a haircut today after I’ve been neglecting some much needed self care for many years since I became a mom. Maricela did a great job taking care of me. She was attentive, patient, and friendly and I felt like she took so much time and put so much care into my haircut and shampoo. I got a simple cut, but I feel like a new person thanks to Maricela. I will definitely be going back.

First time customer and was referred to Laura for coloring and cut, she did an excellent job! Very friendly and professional, she is very knowledgeable and detailed. I would definitely return for her service.

Very bad service! Had to wait over 30 minutes, meanwhile the ladies where taking their time talking about their life stories and a guy just walking around. Horrible service never coming back again!
