I have been servicing my clients here for four years. They absolutely love it here! Plenty of parking and shopping in the area. It’s safe here. The owners Quick to Make repairs when needed.

I made the move to Mallorca 6 1/2 years ago, I still love having my own private suite located on the South side of San Antonio. My clients love coming here because of the professional services we offer in a luxury Salon atmosphere .

I share a suite with my bestie here & we LOVE it! The atmosphere is chic & gorgeous. The security of the front entrance makes us feel really safe. The free laundry is such a huge plus! We have snacks in our suite, but they have a huge vending machine with snacks & drinks for you & your clients. John & Greg give you free rein with what you want to do with your space. They are also very helpful if we ever run into any issues. Highly recommend renting here!

If you are in the industry this a great place to office out of. I have first hand seen the services the owners provide for their clients including monthly trainings providing a wealth of information to help you as a business owner. Highly recommend.

I’m an esthetician at the Mallorca on Thousand Oaks. I absolutely love the cleanliness, the luxurious vibes that it gives off. When my clients come to visit I almost always get compliments not only my suite but the establishment. Come out to visit me or any professional in the building you won’t be disappointed!

Excellent place to work! It’s clean and has a great ambiance. I always feel safe since the doors are secured with a keypad code at both entrances. My clients love feeling safe and the fabulous hair services I provide, of course. 😁 Come check it out for services or for a great work environment.

It is a pleasant surprise every time I go. The service and quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. It is so nice be treated once in a while, and this is the place to do it. The building is extremely well managed with modern tones and a very comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend.
