This place deserves absolutely ZERO stars! I have never before in the past 20 years of having my eyebrows waxed left crying afterwards, so this was a first. The woman who did them completely rushed through them, did not use even remotely warm, let alone hot, wax. The wax was not fresh, she OVER waxed them, and didn’t wax them evenly either. I now have one eyebrow significantly longer than the other, nor are they centered from her waxing the middle in-between them. After all of that, she then took scissors to them and chopped the length of the remaining hairs unevenly and too short. I now have eyebrow hairs that stick straight up above my eyebrow line that cannot be fixed because they’ve been cut with scissors. When I looked in the mirror and told her politely that I was very unhappy because she had waxed half of them off and they were uneven, she HANDED ME A MAKEUP PENCIL and said “use this to fix, you need this”. I WILL NEVER BE BACK! DO NOT EVER GO HERE TO HAVE YOUR EYEBROWS WAXED, OR ANYTHING ELSE FOR THAT MATTER!!!

Place always been great but everyone is good. The only reason why I didn't do 5 star is because the person I did the appointment with they They overbook the same person and she was stuck in traffic which I understand.
