Have been a client at Mai Nail Spa for 3 - 4 months getting mani and pedicure services. I highly recommend Mai. She has transformed my scraggly nails into a near work of art using dip manicures. Her attention to detail is the best I’ve experienced. Her pedicures are also top notch. Give her a try!

Gel manicure on natural nails. Great attention to detail, especially with not allowing polish to build around the cuticles. I'm very rough on my nails and have had no lifting or chipping of the polish.

I give a one star review only because of the rude person that answered the telephone @ 3:30 on 12/2/2023 I was wanting to make multiple appointments for waxing and nails and I asked what her name was and she would not even give it to me. Then she rudely called my phone back after seeing it on phone caller ID and talks to me horrific saying you mean to tell me you're a doctor and you thought the prices were too much and was being very argumentative with me. Then hangs up in my ear. I would not recommend this business for anyone!!!!! I hope the owner corrects this behavior for this established salon/spa business to stay successful.

Mia treated us amazing! She did excellent work and even put designs on my short nails! It was my daughter's birthday and she treated her so special. My mom is almost 70 and had never had hers done and she gave her an unforgettable experience!

My mom and I went a few weeks ago and got manicures and pedicures and thought we’d try a different shop. Sharon who did our pedicure was phenomenal and was the only pleasant thing about our experience. The lady who did our nails on the other hand was terrible. She absolutely did not listen to what I wanted and I had to correct her multiple times. To begin with, I told her that I want dip with nail extensions and she started to apply the dip on my natural nail which were not even or shaped in any way. I had to ask multiple times that she shape them again after she finished applying dip. One of my nails broke after a week when I barely bumped it. When I took the nails off, they were extremely difficult and the product was gummy which I have never had happen to me before and I get my nails done regularly which makes me question the quality of the products used. I also have clear dents in my nails. She also just rushed through the entire process. I absolutely refuse to go back and would not recommend that anyone go there.

This is my 3rd time going to this salon and I have yet had a bad experience. I get alot of anxiety and feel anxious going to nail salons because I constantly feel rushed or the tech can get rough or just alot of people in general. But her salon is very relaxing and calm. she is by appointment only and I like that because it's a one on one experience. Every nail design I have suggested she has done perfectly. The tech is kind, gentle, professional, and her work is clean. I have gone to many salons in the chattanooga/cleveland area but this one by far is my favorite. I mainly like the quite atmosphere. Today I got a face wax and even that was pleasant! The whole experience has been worth the price every time❤❤

We went to this place on a Friday night around 6 and had the place to ourselves. It was really nice and the ladies working were wonderful and so nice. Would recommend!!

I went in and felt a little overwhelmed because I have neglected my feet. Mai was so nice and friendly and said that is why I am here. She was very personable and chatted with me. She told me to let her know if she was rough and she was great. She very attentive to me and I felt like heaven. I did a manicure pedicure and got my eyebrows done. It was a little more than other nail salons in this area but I feel like the extra attention I was given made up for it. I told her I felt very very spoiled and would be back. I told her that she would be my go to from now on. I've never been to a nail salon and felt so comfortable being there. I would suggest this place to anyone and everyone.

My daughter and I visited Mai Nail Spa this morning for a “Mommy and Me” spa day and loved it. Luu treated my daughter like an adult - giving her a complete experience vs just the kid’s treatment we have received at other salons. This is so important to me because as far as I’m concerned, she’s a paying customer as well. From the clean and inviting space to the awesome massage and fantastic service, we were extremely impressed and will definitely return. Thank you Luu!

Purchased deluxe pedicure. Menu said longer leg and foot rub, my feet never got touched. As for callus removal, it was no different then just a foot scrub.
