Spoke with Donna about starting the process for locs. At 6 pm, I sent close up pics of my braided hair so she could get an idea of my texture and I also told her I would be happy to take a braid out if she needed me to. She responded to my text the next day at 5 am and she initially quoted me a price of $600 and told me where to purchase the hair. I responded ok, how many packs should I get and I also asked about dyeing my hair. She rudely responded back, I need pics of your hair with braids out and my quote is now between $600-$1000 because it’s usually more work than anticipated. Very unprofessional and why text a potential client at 5 am??? So inconsiderate!

Ms. Donna's service was lovely from beginning to end. She responded timely to my request for service as well as all subsequent messages. The price she quoted for my service was reasonable and she able to accommodate my need for a Saturday appointment rather quickly. She was ready when I arrived for my appointment so there was no wait time. Ms. Donna's chill, serene vibe matches her salon's atmosphere. She did a heatless, full head color on my long, natural/virgin hair and retightened my locs using the interlock method all in less than 3 hours. My hair came out EXACTLY as we discussed it.

This is the first place I went to to get my dreadlocks done when I moved to the IE about two-and-a-half to three years ago. I've always felt comfortable there. They do great work. And I go between long times of getting my dreadlocks redone witch bad on my part lol. But whenever I go back they remember me. The prices are fair and it's a chill atmosphere.
